I knew this would be sad going in so it’s my own fault. This movie brought back my sad feelings after watching 20th Century Girl. At least this wasn’t 16 plus episodes.
one of the better short dramas. He’s one of my favorite VD actors. Most of his dramas have good plots although even if they don’t he’s worth the watch!
I'm enjoying this (already on the 31st episode), but I feel it didn't need 33 episodes. It drags so much at times,…
I just finished and felt the same way. Since I was binge watching I started to fast forward through the last 10 episodes. It would have been better with 10 less episodes. Then the last 5 minutes felt too rushed. Overall, I enjoyed it and thought the main actors were excellent.
I notice that vapor comes out of his mouth in certain scenes. I wonder if it was really cold where they shout those scenes or if was for some effect. it’s in episode 18 when the two of them are inside.
I’m on episode 10 and really enjoying it. The comedic parts are really good too. The otter is adorable and a truly unique concept. I’m not a typical fantasy genre fan but this one has me hooked.
Yes, totally agree. It’s a really great one. Much better than the last couple of dramas.
That was 2 shows before this one. Yes, I liked that one too but it started to drag near the end. The actor who plays the uncle in this one was one of the brothers in that show. He’s a very good actor. He can play a comedic or serious role. I first saw him in Fated to Love You, where he was hilarious as the CEO’s assistant.
I’m on episode 5 and thinking it’s the friend. He loves her and doesn’t want anyone else to have her. He’s also a diver so he killed her finance on the boat and got away. This is a good who-done-it!
I’m only on episode 2, but it seems impossible that she could have killed all those people. I’m thinking it was someone who didn’t want her around any other men and who also wanted to avenge her for anyone who wronged her. It may be the character played by KJH. In the first episode she said she remembered him even though he denied it. His character was really creepy. I haven’t read any comments yet since I hate spoilers so forgive me if this has already been suggested.
There is a fair amount of action scenes but i wouldn’t say excessive. Seeing a female in battle scenes was actually refreshing. I am not a lover of blood and gore so I will often FF through them. I was ok with many of the scenes in this one and FF if it got top intense. I’m glad I watched this one though.
I know there some did not like the “what if” scene at the end but one of the nice takeaways from it is that they are together in either situation as they were fated to be soul mates. As for the grand wedding that some are disappointed to have not seen, i thought their simple, village wedding was so warm and meaningful and really couldn’t be topped.
I subscribe to IQIYI so I. saw all the episodes. what did you think of that after story ending? I really liked seeing what would have happened if all they evil characters lived-Especially Qi Min. I really felt sorry for him even though he was dispicable in his actions. I was glad to see his last act in life was unselfish. He was a very damaged character who didn’t know the difference between love and possessiveness. I saw that some were disappointed that we didn’t see life at home for our main couple but I feel like we saw what life in the small village was previously and we even learned they had 2 of their own children. I loved the series and felt the ending wasn’t rushed but gave a complete satisfying resolution. I will miss this show!
