I'm gonna have to agree to disagree on this one, i just think they should've started the healing part WAY earlier, 7 episode and we don't even know the villain yet and they are supposed to confront their own flaws and still get good ending. I think i personally can't really believe all this baggage could be fixed with remaining episode count without even starting to solve who did it but again this is just my opinion and we can just agree to disagree.

I get your point, but I don’t think a happy ending automatically means a cop out. It depends on how they use the remaining episodes. If the misunderstandings and pain were all orchestrated by someone else and the characters start confronting their own flaws, healing can feel earned. Also, a story doesn’t have to end in tragedy to feel meaningful sometimes watching people overcome their baggage is the emotional payoff. Let’s wait and see how they wrap it up.

I just finished Episode 6, and so far, I’m really enjoying how the plot is unfolding. The cast still has room for improvement in their acting, but the female lead is doing fairly well.
The storyline is quite watchable. It’s interesting enough to keep me from getting bored, even though it’s a bit predictable and not exactly a fresh concept. I’ve seen a lot of "time-travel" or “coming back to life” type dramas, so this one doesn’t feel all that new. But since I’m still waiting for upcoming Chinese historical dramas, I decided to give this a try... and I’m glad I did. The cast is new to me, and although it’s a short-length series, it still manages to keep me excited for each episode.
And oh....and that *slap* she gave the villainess maid? So satisfying!
Li Yi Tong is giving me auntie vibes :( Please don't hate me but i got the same vibes in "WOACN" :( There's something about her that make her look older than she is and it's bleeding through the characters she plays! Other than that i'm looking forward to this drama & LYN!
