Up until ep 12, this drama is about how the immortal deity couple fight, sulk, and how the immortal husband tries to persuade and get back his wife. How bad the revenge is, that's is the deity style of solving things. And most importantly, the grievances of a mother. Now I'm excited for their mortal story and the dubbing is better with HRY. The heavenly lord is missing her wife soo much & wanting to keep her by his side whatever his wife thinks

i think the reason human hua ruyue gets burned alive is cuz she gets accused of being a witch?? cuz she saved so many ppl with her magic???? idk y'know how they burned a witch in ancient times......
and episode 12 is my favorite so far!!! i think i will love their human arc the most from the previews/spoilers, the premise seems the most interesting to me.
- WHAT IF she had actually hidden the fact that she was pregnant to Jiusi and him find out later so they finally kept the child ?
Because we know that it wasn't against his will to have kids with her but because of her weak body he didn't want her to suffer and maybe die.
- WHAT IF she has broken up the rules of the MR and attracted the Heavenly Emissary but HE had been punisched not her ?
It would be explain the misunderstanding between them and Ayue thinking she's has been left over, maybe ?
- WHAT IF he actually not left them (Ayue and his kid) together in the MR but tried and searched a way to save her ? (=Heavenly Emissary punischment) And by recovering his memories of the different tribulation later with flashbacks he sees her hidding the moments when she suffer from her weak body and see what happen to her and their kid ? (Analysation of the scenes from trailer)
Because he seems to not knowing or remembering anything of why she hates him to the point of wanting him to be dead. Maybe this is because each time she had stabbed him ? I think that he always did her good and would do anything for her but he's kind of clumsy so that leads to a lot of misunderstanding between them.

I apologize if i did mistakes in english since French is my native language, but It's been a long time that a drama didn't caught up me like this. It's also my first drama with Shun Xi Zeng and I have to say that his acting skills are reaaaally good. I like it.
I would say good actors aren't hard to find, it's really the writers and budget of set. They should be allocating a good budget to finding good writers or story because a good story literally make or break the drama. I've been watching so many dramas with top actors in it and if the writing isn't good, no actor will change that.
