Despite everyone saying it's a bad ending, I think it's a sad realistic one. It's true that in the real world power and money wins and weaker ones are crushed under strongers' heels, even if it's for a short while. MIL was a monster and she turned everybody around her to monsters as well and even though YJH thought herself as heartless, ambitious and ready to do anything for power, she just didn't have it in her to become the next matriarch. So she quit unlike her husband.

This drama is such a parodic tale that everytime I noticed its faults or was bothered about something, I would tell myself that "what's serious about this that you want .... to be serious." But dispite that, I wanted that dog story have some results, it was irritating how it was never mentioned again. All in all I enjoyed it much, much more than I expected, my little disappointment is that MC started to get increasingly boring after they fell in love and lost their comic flair and weren't even interesting, unlike other couple who were both lovey dovey and funny.

I'll spoil it for you a bit, his mom had some ducument made, saying they can't get divorced so he got angry. Also he told Seo Yoon to come back together but she said she doesn't want to be labled a home-wrecker again. In the preview he handed in his notice and left home with Seo Jun.

Not a good drama but OST and songs are great. So memorable!

It came so many time in my recomended list that I tried to watch it and ended up dropping it like a hot potato mid 20s. What a watse of time!! The FL is falling from other end of the roof with all her annoying and cringy kindness and selflessness. She's not good or nice just downright stupid! The ending isn't anything worth watching too....

Agree. I think when and if they recognise each other, it'd kind of far fetched but can be a good plot for the father to help them too. He's the real owner after all and he did warn his wife about calling a meeting to replace her. His remaining influence may help gathering evidence.

Chairwoman Cha has brought up her son exactly as she wanted, a spineless whiner who may throw a tantrum and stay away from home once in a while but at the end he doesn't have enough backbone to do anything soooo it's win-win for her. She kept him incompetent for such days. I wonder if at one point he'd have enough and snap🤔

It could be possible. They can drag story for about 15 more episodes with it.

More like rant about really, the characters are so annoying, even the so called goodies. There isn't a single likable one.

Nothing really, I just saw it many times since it was started, then I ff till ep. 10, then jumped to 36 and have been watching on air since. 🤦🏻‍♀️😅 I haven't seen much bur actually I'm quite familiar with tropes and can recognize them easily, I've seen fake pregnancy too, but the emphasis on having a baby and Yu Ra with her ex in bed or her desperation to sleep with Jin woo reminded me of another trope, staging a night together or fake a DNA test and claim the baby is his. 🤔

Quite new really, it's the first one🤦🏻‍♀️🤣I don't like these kind of long Makjangs, so as much as I'm curious or want to watch a daily, I stay away or end up dropping at ep. 10. It's the same with weekend +40 but I've watched several of them.

We hava an old folk tale name "The Lying Shepherd" about a shepherd who had lied so many times about a pack of wolves attacking his sheeps that the one time he was telling the truth no one came to his help. Now it's Evil MIL's story, the only time she's right, no one believes her.

It seems you were right after all😆 That fox-faced Yu Ra wasn't pregnant and chose the perfect moment to end her pregnancy. However I'm not going to bother thinking about how she overheard their rather hushed conversation in the room from downstairs....

Why does she do this really? Does she have some ultrerior motives like KMS and Dong Ha or she's just doing these because she's obsessed with HJW? She says her money and connections are true then why should she lie about her degree or parents just to marry this family and her ex would be a blackmailing leech, so notorious that even his sister believed he got money and left to spend it so easily.

I dislike it when pregnant women refer to their pregnancy in everyrhing they say and constantly touch their stomachs and I hate drunken antics. Quite a lot of these 2 in ep. 45. A cringy watch😬

Maybe, but didn't they sleep together at the hotel? I skipped the middle episodes so Idk how much time has passed since their divorce. She is prideful but I would't put it past her to sleep with him, you saw how she pretended to be Soo Yoon and hugged him in bed last week.

Maybe, but being pregnant for real is possible too. She knew her lies would resurface soon and pregnancy would be a safe bet in case her investment ploy failed.
