How come this genre is sensitive?? I always thought they're everywhere
idk really, maybe like other comments, they meant historical inaccuracy which isn't unique too. Why do you think Liu Xie controversial btw??π π He's so ridiculous...)
I really don't know why in Cdramas FL repeatedly hitting and bruising ML is treated as comic relief when it's anything but. I hope they stop it in S2 if they're going to make it.
What was the stunt they pulled with the assault scene, they couldn't show a man groping another man so the murderer had to take a het turn and assault FL instead? (Not that it's ok either way) Also, Drama is fluffy and light hearted even in its murder cases, there wasn't any need for such a surprising and honestly distasteful twist.
She does look like a ghost!! Her make up with bleached eyebrows and emphasised eyes makes her looks like an Onryoπ specially when her hair is loose and she's playing her mad scene!
I know many people wanted LRE and SEP to be end game at first (don't know about now) but I'm already tired of him simping for her. He feels creepy too.
The initial plot didn't give revenge vibe, I thought it would be about some upper-middleclass widow trying to take her chance at a high class second marriage but seems Koreans can't do without involving revenge and past grudges....not that I'm any less excited or complaining though.
