Yeah, the lack of story is a flaw. If there was some sort of meaning or interpretation to take, I missed it. Maybe it was The Key to Redemption or Salvation or something.

I think I'd prefer the drama too if I can read the book. Idk how much of a villain the doctor will turn out to be but I think this setting would be better for the way story is going. Also I like them volunteering at the hospital instead of him being their teacher more. All these small changes gathering together will make a big difference as it goes on. Korean loves their plot twists, maybe they change something to make it more dramatic and local...

Has they said when she died? I thought her death is rather decent.

Some summary I saw said a new murder happens at the present time. Drama page at Namu has a part noting differences from the novel in every episodes like the cop's wife is alive but cheating and else. It said Dr. Park takes HS to SO and returns her while in the novel kidnaps her, this had me confused as she's supposedly there at the end. Reading your comment I checked Google reads plot and it does say disappearance. Seems I was misinformed by the wording of the other one. Thanks for clarifying.🙏🏻

The novel wasn't available for borrowing so I've only seen differences from the original section in Namu.wiki. but summary says another murder happens at the present timeline. Are they going to change it here or it hasn't reached there yet?
