Yes but the imperial family is very large and not all of them are kids to the emperor. Yunchang is from the lord of Ruyang family. Prince Xiao's dad is Prince Yong. And since that particular prince looks old I assume Prince Yong would be a brother/uncle to the emperor. I believe we will meet the emperors actual kids once we get to the palace scenes.
