Guys, I know Lulu is now 'on a break' ( even though she is still working...all the venues,promotions etc). Do we know when will she start taking new roles?
Love how story is mature and it's very well written. The ones who said in the comments that this storyline is mild, just like their cases, I would say they are young or (worse case) they can't comprehend the meaning behind the stores.
P.S. I'm so happy this isn't just one of those shows where mystery and crime cases go backwards because of romance, comedy or worse, parody.
P.P.S. Read somewhere that FL & ML have no chemistry?! Their compatibility is just fine, as it should be with two coworkers...romantically, we'll see later... but I'm 100% sure , they'll deliver their 'chemistry' when the time comes.
The only thing that annoyed me was you couldnt half tell she was a woman I mean seriously
It's usually the same in every c drama ( but for me, the best was Bai Lu in Arsenal Military Academy.,she really got into role). They want to show how young men have had feminine and noble beauty, that couldn't be distinguished from young maidens.
8/10 for me.... Both actors were good yet I couldn't feel the chemistry between them...even some kissing scenes were awkward...story was done pretty average.... hidden identity, revenge, cohabitation, romance...I love all of it, just I had higher hope and I was left disappointed. Mystery game was a great idea, they should've incorporated it more in the show...

Almost 5 years...yet TLB is still one of my favorites. Can't even say how many times I watched it 🙈 Romance is there, but some of you still want to have everything drawn and colored. FL is young, inexperienced,alone and yet still brave enough to do everything herself and not run away. Someone said she made so many mistakes... through mistakes you learn, you grown and go forward . And she did. Every time I enjoyed watching every episode. So who ever is questioning if it should watch The Long Ballad, I say yes! Give it a chance and don't listen to negative comments.
I started reading the novel and for now the show is much better (maybe I'll change my mind later😁).... I'm this 🤏🏻 close to take a break and rewatch the show for who knows what time 🙈
