Agree , first part of the show was perfectly done. But in the middle they added unnecessary scenes ( that were not in the novel), cut and sped up storyline, adding comedy and parody... what bothers me is how they handled FCY's character... making her more like a joke and not as a serious military officer.

Have you heard of dark romance? Just because women romanticize some fictive characters and their behavior doesn't mean they can't make parallel between fiction and real life. And yes, normal, healthy person can enjoy in those characters who are patologicly obsessive, protective or violent... there's nothing problematic with that. More disturbing is that you can't comprehend the situation where not everything you see or read should apply to real life. Let other people have their fantasies, for god sake.

No, Qian Qian has good relationship with ML. Her happy ending is staying with her son who is the Emperor. She never tried to kill ML.
