Watching the first two episodes I thought Ohm was busy keeping up with Nanon, but nope. In Ep 3 we saw his charm and now in Ep 5 he did a fabulous job. Both are pushing each other. For Nanon I feel this role is very challenging and he can grow as an actor. They are both spectacular.

You know, I'm 1000% here for the BL, but in an alternate universe I ship Pat and Ink. The women in this series are very likable.

The competition never stops between those two, haha. I'm just kidding. But in Ep 5 the award for best acting goes to Ohm.

Ohm's acting was incredible in this episode. I remember how I once said his charms aren't working for me - OMG! I felt in love. He plays such a charming character in this series.

This is the best BL ever made and it will remain the best for many years to come. Now I said it.

The intention may have been noble, but the execution was disappointing. New's acting was the worst, and I liked him so much in Kiss Me Again. Everything that made his character interesting and fun was gone. I admit, I couldn't care less about his coming out problems and his expressionless face.
I wonder how they will solve that problem in Bad Buddy. It seems Pat's father is the kind of person who doesn't want his son to be gay. Not to mention that their families are rivals. At least I don't have to worry aobut the acting.

You know, I have a countdown installed on the menubar of my MacBook. So I can see at one glance how long I have to wait. It tells me 3d 20h 20 m 5s the moment I'm typing this, haha. Call me crazy!

I think there is no side couple. People said in the novel there was none either.

"He also happens to be openly homosexual." He is?
I only know Dark Blue Kiss from him, and that was one of the biggest disappointments ever. Soap-operish production/directing and badly edited kisses with strange angles. Cameras that went to the roof, when something intimate happened. Not to mention deleted kisses. Tay&New kissed under water in the very first episode, and we didn't get to see it. I soooo hope he gives Nanon and Ohm a change to show us some nice intimate scenes. It would be such a waste of acting abilities and great chemistry if not.

Well, after thinking about it: It's very rare to see such characters in a BL. They both like each other, they both support each other, they both care for each other. Emotionally they behave very mature. Even when the girl arrived. Pat was concerned about Pran. No stupid games. You can feel their connection, how much they are drawn to each other. And despite the sadness, they have so much fun together. It's beautiful.
Not to mention, that they are both just really good people.

You have to watch this for the acting alone. There is no other BL out there with such superb acting. You will know what I mean at the end of Ep 3 and especially at the end of Ep 4. If you like Nanon, like you said, you will not be disappointed.

I'm not bothered by the ads in the actual series, but there is no way to watch this in HD as a whole episode. You have to watch those 4 parts on YouTube. I want to save the full series nicely on my computer and watch an episode without any interruption.
