It’s GMMTV… expect low n be surprised! Having said that , it soooo cute !!
Ahhh ... Tony Bacolod ... that's the guy who wanted to give this show a chance and rated it with one star after watching the first episode, haha! Saying the characters are bad and it's only about the actors when this show has the most interesting and expressive characters I have seen in a while.
Cute? But the execution of the story lacks quality.
The execution is not bad at all. It's the story itself that seems rather silly: the childish gang fights, the pointless rivalry between the parents ... But if you present it in such a funny way, it's entertaining.
If those two will be able to deliver some good, romantic and passionate kissing scenes I swear to god I will faint! The buddy-chemistry is beyond my expectation, and if they get it also right in the romance department, this will be my favorite BL of all time *fingers crossed*
Don't even know what to say. Even the silliest plot cannot bring this down. The acting is TOO GOOD. They nail it in every damn scene! The comedy is gold. I laughed throughout the whole episode. You have to rewatch it several times, just to catch all those different facial expressions. BEST CASTING EVER!
Sorry, I'm a bit puzzled by the somewhat excessive praise of these actors' virtuous characters. First of all,…
That's the reason why most of this guys are straight like an arrow - to attract heterosexual girls. Earth, New and PP are the only gay actors I can think of. And Mew is bi, as far as I know. It's like lesbian porn which isn't made for lesbians. The girls are all chosen to attract guys.
Look how popular 2gether became. The show isn't gay at all. It's like two buddies playing house. The gayest series I have ever seen is I Told You About Sunset. So there is something for everyone. I myself enjoy those buddy series a lot (this time the word "buddy" is even in the series name, haha!), but it's not realistic.

The BL genre has still a bad reputation. You should know about all the couple-drama, toxic shippers, crazy fans, silly games actors have to play, fan-service they have to do. It's upright embarrassing most of the time. The whole genre has not much to do with advocating for the LGBTQ+ community. It's mostly about heterosexual girls who want to drool over good looking guys kissing each other. If you don't believe me, go to a fan-meeting and listen to their womanly screams. The stories are cheesy and shallow, productions are cheap and actors can't act for sh*t even if their lives depend on it. Those things got better over the years. There are some more serious and professional productions out there. But you have still to careful before you jump into this water full of sharks. With Ohm and Nanon we have two devoted actors for the very first time. I can't think of any other couple where I thought both actors are pros, have proven their acting skills in the past and are just here to do their job. It's very refreshing.
Same, especially with Pran making the first move in getting the Line ID.I feel the show will be challenging our…
The thing with the Line ID ... I somehow missed that at the beginning. I mean I wasn't aware how smooth that move was, haha!
We all know that the more masculine and bigger guy is ALWAYS considered the top. But Pat is a big baby and rather simple-minded. Pran is the sly one and it feels like he is the one in control. It's honestly so refreshing. I hope they don't change it.
Why do I praise actors Ohm and Nanon?Nanon didn't need a BL series to ascend to success. He did that after years…
I 100% agree with you, but I want to add, that I really admire Ohm. He was only 15/16 when he acted as Frame in Make It Right. Back then, when I watched the series, I felt like a pedophile. The boys were just too young, the topics a bit heavy. I think Boom (Tee) was only 14. I felt a bit uneasy. There was also a lot of drama between the Frame&Book ship. His co-star Toey quit acting alltogether. I don't know how Ohm got out of this mess with his head still up. The industry can be pretty ugly. While others try desperately to escape the genre (like Krist, Mean, Plan, Perth) he took on different projects with different partners. He seems pretty serious about his acting career and luckily it paid off.
Pairing Nanon with Ohm was a great idea. They obviously are good friends, both are talented and professionell. Watching BTS it seems they have fun and don't care. No awkwardness. No shyness. No drama. Hopefully this will not change.
The only thing that can bring this series down is a bad script. Normally I look at the acting and think they are doing great in this scene, not so much in this one, there is potential, let's see etc. But Ohm and Nanon are pros. They are doing great in every scene. As a viewer I get the impression they know about their characters and are deeply invested into them. I was worried about Nanon and his (romantic) chemistry with Ohm, because this is his first BL, but watching Ep 1, some teasers and trailers, the MV of the OST, I must say he delivers 100%. It looks like this series will be pretty romantic and cute. This is a good direction for future BLs: serious actors, who don't do BL only to boost their popularity; cute and romantic stories who are fun and not cringy. But who knows ... the plot is rather silly. It can go downhill anytime. I was hyped about 2gether too, and that ended badly.
Ohm already acted in five BL series. No wonder they call him a "BL veteran". I think he is just tired of the genre.
I didn't follow him that much, but he was in Make It Right, one of the first BLs (if not the first BL of this kind) which aired in 2016. He played Frame. The Book&Frame couple was very popular back then, even though the main couple was Fuse&Tee. They got a season 2. He also acted in Dew The Movie and later on in He's Coming To Me with Singto. He was in The Shipper and now in Bad Buddy. I think he proved himself enough. It's hilarious calling him homophobic (at least the comment above sounded like that). I don't know how long they can cast him for those school series (BL or not), because of his physique. He looks too old and is pretty big. EDIT: Oh, many others commented on this topic. I'm too lazy to read it. My migraine is killing me.
What kind of joke is this? Please don't take this vaccine. It will harm or even kill you.
