can someone tell me more abt the airing schedule?? heard there will only be 1 ep today and tmr
someone normally posts the schedule in the photo section. you need to be on you browser not the app though. don't know if next week's schedule has release yet though.
Haha 25.2.25 is very special numbers and romantic day for us Cupids.I really pray for a long time to get broadcast…
I wish it was on another platform as well as iQiYi too. cause like I already have a wetv account, and youku account not to mention the long standing viki and netflix account. Seriously my viki account is older than my netflix account. I want to support this one through legal channels ya know what I mean... Why the end of the month...why....*cries in adult bills*
the main lead of first frost is the brother of the main lead of hidden love
different production so yes. think of Hidden Love Sang Yan as a what he is through the eyes of his little sister. The First Frost is how Wen Yi Fan not only sees him but actually how he is as a whole person. He has his own private world that he keeps from his family.
Am I the only one who was crying at the end of ep 10? 😠Wen Yifan didn't feel worthy of anything, not even…
For those who haven't read the novel...Sang Yan is always worried about Wen YiFan getting enough food. She lost a lot of weight while they were separated & he feels it's his own personal mission to help her find that weight again. He sees that she was neglected & then neglected herself, and his love language is acts of service. Everyone probably already picked up on it, but he always makes sure she has access to food & reminds her to eat in one way or another.
Why is it so short with only 10 episodes?!? ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ should have made at least 16 or 20 episodes.
honestly this was a perfect length for a show that lends toward multi season storytelling. Also, with how technical everything is production wise 10 episodes makes sure that the appropriate about of prep goes into each episode as well as post production work. The stunts alone, not including trying to film them takes weeks to learn. I would rather cast & crew remain safe & able to be creative without the budget/time constraints that a 16 episode show would put on production. better to have the budget of 16 episode & make 10 than the other way around...ya know what I mean jelly bean?
I've been looking forward to this one...but I'll have to delay my start time. Why iQiYi WHYYYYYYYY? You couldn't have waited like one more week...just ONE?
So far I don't like the fl family. Mainly the aunt. I hope she doesn't forgive them like in a lot of dramas.
Yi Fan goes through a lot of growth when dealing with them again and with Sang Yan by her side she feels the need to protect him from them, she becomes stronger with her self worth. Sang Yan can hold a grudge to his grave, aint no one getting forgiveness as long as he's breathing.
is there love triangles in this? this is the only thing thats holding me back from watching
People have crushes on them but they only have eyes for each other. Literally just there to let us see Sang Yan(ML) be assertive in his "position" in Yi Fan's life.
is this worth watching? i’ve been seeing so many edits on my fyp
It's very good. But please check in with yourself before watching. This deals with sexual assault and harassment and trauma from system failures in protecting victims. Parental loss, and abandonment/abuse. It will feel heavy, but the love story is one that shouldn't be missed. The male lead, Sang Yan, is the sun & shelter for the female lead, Wen Yi Fan. I can guarantee a happily ever after, and character growth from our Female who starts off very closed off from the world/people.
I'm telling no other man can top him as the greenest flag in the history of men.
Lets just say he is only green because the feelings are very much mutual. If their is such a thing as a green flag stalker Sang Yan would be it. Cause though he gives her ample space...if you were to break down his actions out loud.....lets just say when trying to explain TFF, after reading it, to someone I had to finish a lot of sentences with "But not in a creepy way though." He only ever loves her. He respects her wishes for distance, but still checks on her in his own way. Only a little...tiny...barely even a whisper of um...creative license, when retelling certain events that she doesn't have a clear memory of.
OH found it! He finds out she's keeping something from him like right before he goes to visit Sang Zhi in Yihe. It makes him feel like she doesn't trust him. She finally tells him everything when she goes to Yihe to get him. So they are in April now....so yeah 15ish months to go.
Much later on. I don't think he finds out until the next year, after they get together officially(his birthday is their anniversary)....I really can't remember when he knows knows what happened to her. I know that he beats the shit out of him in the summer of the next year After catching Sang Zhi and Duan Jia Xu together. So I think he finds out between January and August of the year after the one they are currently in. They are currently in April as of episode 10 so like 15 or so months from now. I'm trying to find the chapter but can't right now.
She transferred schools prior after her father and grandmother died. She was living with her uncle. His wife's brother lived in another city about an hour and a half by train from the hometown. They moved to live with her aunt's brother. If they haven't already shown it(I haven't watched tonight's episodes yet.) Sang Yan goes to see her like every week in that city. They eat noodles at the same place every time and study together. They never technically dated in high school. They both made a promise to go to the same college and stay together(as in be in the same city again). After what happened with her aunt's brother she wanted to run away as far as she could. She compartmentalized her trauma and her life before and started over. She went full self preservation mode and truly believed that Sang Yan deserved someone better than her...someone who could love him without hesitation, someone who had as much love as he had. She felt unlovable and unwanted. So she walled herself off from everyone, and never got close to anyone again.
Was so looking forward to this drama, but is such an arduous watch even till ep 8. Unless there’s a time jump…
Watch it again...the scene where he is talking to his sister in his bar he says someone is pursuing him...that is Wen Yi Fan he is talking about. He repeatedly tells Sang Zhi that there is someone but she does not believe him. Also Yi Fan is a reporter...maybe she just couldn't get leave to see her future sister-in-law get engaged in another city 2 hours away by plane.
He sexually assaulted her & tried to rape her, but she was able to fight back long enough to get help. Her Aunt then tried to get her to take back her report, and her mother brushed her off or didn't believe her(can't remember the details) she ends up staying with a policewoman for a bit before she is able to leave the city for good.
Ma, if you see this, no you didn't.
