There’s a 16 year age gap between the main couple and I don't see anyone saying things like "bad casting"…
First of all this is not a romance drama.
Second, they are not couple
Third, they look good together
Fourth even if they were couple, there is nothing wrong in that.

Personally, I really love noona romance; I don't care about age as long as they are adults and sensible/ matured.
