Probably is going to happen in ep 12, but so far we have not seen any neck biting, and even without permanent marking HY has bitten SSY neck twice already (in two separate occasion) but we did not see it. By the end ep 6, they become lovers as being physical intimated. It is not possible to perceive the pass of time but Zi Ang and Shu He were living together for 3 months by the time they separated.
