A really entertaining slow burn, Noona romance. I think Bai Bai He was the standout performer, and I'm going to check out some of her other work. There are a few little things that weren't exactly to my preference, but I'm not even going to mention them. A solid 9/10 from me.

I also love Noona dramas. Perhaps its because my wife is 5 years older than me. And also, my daughter's boyfriend is 4 years younger than her.

I'm 24 episodes in and loving it. Unless it suddenly turns to sh!t, I'll be scoring it at least 8½/10.

I'm 24 episodes in, and I can safely say there is no way she would ever get back with her ex-husband. He, however would get back with her in a second if she'd have him (which she won't). It's a classic case of you don't know what you've lost until it's gone.

She doesn't look old to me. Quite frankly, she looks absolutely amazing for her age. Their age gap is only 2 years more than my wife and me, so I certainly don't have a problem with it.

I agree with both of your opinions. Zhang Wan Yi's acting skills are very limited. He literally does only have two expressions. And the production of the Korean version is better. But even so, I still (slightly) preferred the Chinese version. I guess it comes down to the differences in the story. I also preferred the ending (again slightly) of the Chinese version.

There is a Chinese remake of "One Spring Night". Based on their MDL scores, I realise I'm in the minority, but I actually preferred the Chinese version over the original Korean version. I'll give that a look. Noona romances are one of my favourite stories, and this will be my first Thai drama that wasn't a GL drama.

I really enjoyed this. I loved the original Korean version, but I actually preferred the Chinese version. Anyway, in my opinion, both version are really good and worth watching for anyone who likes slow burn romance dramas. 8½/10 from me.

It comes down to personal preference I think. I might be in the minority, but I actually preferred the Chinese version over the Korean version. But I liked them both.

No, she is not a cheater. Lee Jung In only starts a relationship with Yoo Ji Ho after she breaks up with her (now) ex-boyfriend.

No. But don't bother looking for them, the movie is really terrible. There are so many better movies and dramas to fill your limited viewing hours.

"Lost" is a little bit darker than "Call it Love", but it is brilliant. Also, if you haven't watched "My Mister" yet, definitely watch it, as it is also a darker, more adult drama, as well as being the best drama I've ever watched.

It is available on a streaming service called "View Asian". I have no idea if this service is legal or not, so I advise you to do your own research before using it.

It was just a really well filmed, very well acted and very well written drama. Read the top two reviews, because they put my feelings into words better than I could. I strongly suspect that this drama's score has been artifically lowered by prudes who didn't watch it, yet punished it with absurdly low scores for being about an "affair", even though it really isn't. Also, the promotional poster they use is terrible and misleading. You'll know after one episode if this drama is for you, but I thought it was brilliant.

Happy to share the shows I've really enjoyed. I exclusively watched Korean Dramas for about two years, but in the last 6 months or so, I've started watching Chinese dramas as well, so you'll see some of them in my list.

Even though the drama didn't show them as a couple (which I admit I was disappointed about), their meeting at the observatory at the very end of the final episode, and the way they looked at each other heavily implied (to me at least) that they would have their happy ending.

Definitely watch it. It is really good. In my opinion, "My Mister" is the best drama I've ever watched (the only 10/10 I've given on MDL), but "Lost" isn't that far behind. It is similar to "My Mister" with its overall vibe (a slow, slightly dark, adult melodrama).
I do understand what you mean about looking forward to a drama for a long time, and then starting to watch it with unrealistically high expectations (which it almost certainly won't meet). I did that with "What's Wrong With Secretary Kim", and ended up dropping it.

It's not perfect, but its pretty close.
