I don't think so, they must have moved it up after seeing there are so many stable couples, because each dating show has a certain format they adhere to. I think they might have seen that there isn't much to shoot if we keep sending them on dates even when they have confirmed feelings. There has never been a season where 2 cps locked in within 2 episodes and by the time they reached ep 4, there were already signs of even 2 more cps.
