How honestly disgusting. Top stars like him can have comebacks, but then people like Yoo Ah In get drinks thrown at them, mass abuse, and face serious jail time over harming themselves through drug use... make it make sense. She literally killed herself on his birthday. Begged him for help when HIS company sued her for millions. And no consequences. Nothing?!
Now he's back and all his adoring oppa fans will continue to drool over his every word. How despicable and sad this is.

I'm in your EXACT situation! I'm on ep 6 and just not feeling it. It's not inherently BAD but it's not exactly good either. So I think that I'll be dropping as well. 🤷‍♀️

Ohhh yeah! Yang Zi's dramas are usually a hit for me as well. I typically hold off for a show to finish just in case the writer decides to nuke the story. So we'll see! *fingers crossed*

I'm a little concerned about the 10 episode length as well. There's a lot that goes on between the FL and her first husband. Emperor & Trashta (lol). Then FL & Heinrey. I hope they do the original webtoon justice. Hell, even make it better! Especially the character of Rashta, she's the worst but she's also the product of abuse and only being treated a certain way due to her looks. I don't doubt that LSY will do a fine job with her as she's a great actress, but I hope the story will give the appropriate level of diving into her story/background/mindworkings.

1) As for the first few you mentioned (Eight Hundred, Fate Chooses You, & Light to the Night) I leave currently airing dramas on purpose and then remove after they finished airing. Hence, the "Currently Airing" comment right next to each of these.

I can't tell from the title, but is this the story of the younger village kid that see's the ML on a video in her classroom and decides to study hard and transfer to his school to be with him??? There was a whole arc where it was revealed that she's actually the misplaced kid of a rich family and should've been the ML's friend since childhood. (lowkey this might've been a BL, but the title was something similar Chasing the Moon?? Loving the Moon?? etc.)
The summary was vague enough that I can't be too sure if this is THAT story. (I'm still not sure that it wasn't a BL that I read with a similar-ish concept, lol.)

I am SO here for an evil on evil main pairing!!!

This is the first time that I've genuinely felt that someone was robbed. I ended up dropping the drama, but even I can attest that her performance was incredible!!! Such a shame...
