TTEOTM is by far the best, and even its bitterness does not discourage me from watching it again. The ending just…
Oh I definitely will when I have the time to commit to that episode count, lol! Of course no xianxia would be complete without at least a little angst, but the general consensus I’ve gotten on here is that the trusting partnership between the leads makes all of that worthwhile. :)
TTEOTM it's like endless suffering 🤣 that drama nothing like TTEOTM, there almost from the beginning FL extremely…
Got it, thanks for your response! :) I love a good supporting pairing, so your comment made me all the more excited to start this show in the next couple of days!

I've seen TTEOTM and loved it tremendously! From all the feedback that I've gotten in this comments section, I know to view BFTB as more of a feel good show rather than a in-my-feels kind of show, haha. Thanks for the "this is more for relaxation without stress" input though, I definitely could use a chill drama in my life right now! :)
They are completely different stories with different character types... this one is a lot lighter (although there…
Thanks for your response. I had a feeling that these would be different in tone, but I was asking while treating TTEOTM as a Xianxia comparison. I could use a nice, lighthearted drama, so I'll definitely be checking this out! :)
You definitely can not compare these two dramas. BFTB is a fun and often quite silly story. It was cute but did…
Okay so this is more of a lighthearted and cheerful story. That's good to know, since I'm more used to drawn out angst when it comes to Xianxia's. Thanks, I'll give this a shot when looking for a silly yet fun ride! :)
yes the first half was promising like what you are reading the plot but when diving in the middle it turns to…
Agreed! I mean seriously what a waste of likable characters. Massive side-eye to the screenwriter for shooting themself in the foot and ruining what had the possibility of being an all-time favorite.
Honestly all the negative comments sum up the ending perfectly. This went from a solid 9.5/10 rating to a 4.5. The only reason it isn't downgraded any further is because I GENUINELY enjoyed the first half of this show, but was UTTERLY disappointed by the last 4-ish eps. (ESPECIALLY THAT ENDING!!!)
This rumor has already been debunked. Idk why y'all would publish an article without fact checking... yes the PD is working on another project, but no it's not a HP prequel.
First half when the MC was in prison it was interesting because you're trying to guess who the character Big Mouse…
Hey! So I actually did end up watching & completing this drama recently. I found this to be an enjoyable drama contrary to popular belief on this page. I do however agree with your point on Big Mouse & the guesses/prison setting in general. Thanks for your response. :)
The problem of this show is that the first half is just TOO GOOD. Compared to the first half, second half just…
So a less than stellar ending, but an epic first half hmmm... those two things seem to almost cancel each other out. I like the main cast, and typically enjoy this genre of a show so I think I'll give it a watch anyways. Thanks for your response!

Even though he’s scum, Prof Seo is a total meme.
