Nite2 is great for his role and definitely a more experienced actor. This series has so much potential but wasn’t presented the right way. Can’t have a horrid first episode when audiences have a sea of BLs to choose from! And you made a great review!
I love it! You need to sit through the first episode though, it’s very bad. Or better yet, just skip the first episode and then come back to it when you are more familiar with the story. Yes, it’s a low budget production and the subtitles are lousy but the casts did a good job overall. There are some very nice sceneries; the sunset scene reminded me of 1000 Stars though not as legendary of course. I actually like Nite1. He seems stiff but given he’s a God of Love who doesn’t know much of the human world, and supposedly has no human emotions, his acting fits the bill. I completely agreed with the review by jpny01 so I’m not going to repeat here. The exceptions are the screeching predatory trans characters appeared for more than two episodes but they were less annoying after the first two. The kisses between Nite1 and Tae were bad. Since that’s the moment they discovered their hearts, the director should be spanked for settling at that kiss. I also hope the connection between Nite1 and Nite2 was being explained, I guess now it’s up to our interpretation. I don’t know what’s the real reason for switching actors but I’m leaning towards that’s the original plan. Since Nite1 is a God but Nite2 is a human who can stay with Tae forever (whatever forever means.) The last scene was perfect! “When love is right, every moment feels right. When love is right, the time and universe stop. When love is right, there’s no beginning, there’s no end…..”
I agreed with your review even though I’m still on episode 2. I dropped this once, couldn’t get pass first episode, and I was under a completely different impression as I didn’t read any review then and didn’t know the story. I remember ff to the last episode and watched briefly. I honestly didn’t remember the ending anymore. I just started over and the casts have grown on me, especially Nite, though I know he will be gone after ep 8.
Can anyone suggest...which one is best to watch ( season 1 or season 2)..????Bcz i don't want to regret my decision....
First season had a happy ending, Second season finished with a cliffhanger and no third season. Second season you get to see Forth and Beam pairing but you don’t in first season, I personally like first season better. Better looking Phana and Wayo..

LMAO And I thought Dew was going to be the bad person but turned out to be the other way round. I have to skip most Yok parts, can’t stand it. I love him in Top Secret though. This series should be called “Stare” It Right, so much staring……
Not a new plot and not a typical fuzoshi BL but a nice coming out story. Very compelling performance from Edgar Allan Guzman. The other ML (if I can call him a lead) was pale in comparison but his song made up for it. Worth watching.
Just finished My Toxic Lover. I think the prequel and sequel are planned together and I think it’s a nice plan. However, seeing how the prequel wasn’t executed as it should, I’m afraid Worth the Wait will suffer the same shortcomings. We’ll see. You guys don’t like the first episode? I think it’s funny, especially Ken and all the references to My Day. Lol
Finally watched. I gotta say I skipped, a lot. Just enough for me to understand the story and stay focus on the leads. To me, this is actually a good plot but being executed very badly, if it’s executed at all! Seems like they put the storyline on a lot of post-it notes and then didn’t know how to link them up or forgot most of them existed. Let’s talk about what I like. Aki, of course. I think he has great potential if given a better script and better directing. I love his narration, his voice is very soothing. And Shanice (Dane), I always feel her acting was the best in My Day. Solo seems okay too so I will watch season 2 to find out more. Oh and I should add, the scenery was beautiful and the background music matched nicely. All in all, a 6 for me.
How come no one mentions the horrible parents? And the mom has acting skill worse than the boys. LOL. And I certainly won’t mind my parents be that controlling if I get a car in return, neither will my son. :D Sweet and fluffy, nice music too.
I have this movie but couldn’t make myself to watch it. I know it’s going to be a sad ending from the reviews. I don’t think I want to see Ohm cry, again. Will definitely watch but I’ll wait for when I’m mentally ready.
So someone said it’s not a BL and not a romance so I thought it’s a bad ending movie. I watched a bit and skipped all the way to the end thinking I’d just take a look and get it over with! Now I’d have to rewatch from where I left off! Ugh
My top list of BL changes from time to time but usually it’s Thai or Taiwan. Entering this week, my top three are all from the Philippines and I think that ranking is there to stay for a long long time.
