I watched that part too. Glad they were aware. Parents always lose in battles with their kids. I didn’t expect his dad had such a past, was really saddened by it. Imagine what he had gone through. That explains why he frowned when the two kids were hugging each other sleeping. I was wondering why he acted like that with two naive little kids.

I just started watching this recently. My goodness, how many buckets of tear did Third cry? Poor kid.

I particularly feel for the lines when Gene’s dad asked his son if any of them had asked him if he’s disappointed at them. Children think parents should always be understanding and forgiving but they rarely try to work in their parents’ shoes. I know, cus I’m a parent.

Wow, what’s this coming out scene in ep9? The parents didn’t even say much and the kids started bashing them. Maybe that’s the tip, yell first to get upper hand. Lmao
