Why is this not filmed in decent horizontal view? It is not easy holding a tablet in vertical position for hours.

I am trying to find a version of this, with English Subtitles, can anyone assist, please?

I totally detest vertical dramas. I hate holding my tablet in the vertical position. All dramas should have the option to be watched horizontally, without a huge splotch of black each side of the picture!

I know it's not a female doctor drama, but they were really strong female lead dramas, so if you are interested look up THE DOUBLE and THE REBEL PRINCESS as well as LOVE ME, KILL ME, but do be prepared to cry. I love the historical stuff.
