Yeon Woo irritates me, but I also feel bad for him. I wish he would move on from AJ already.. I stopped disliking Ryu Jin as soon as he realized that it wasn't gonna happen between him and AJ.
Thank you for reading and leaving a comment, Macy. Indeed, it's quite depressing once you analyze the data, though…
Yes, I definitely agree with you. The inconsistent writing of AJ in "Was It Love?" is its biggest problem. I'm debating on whether to drop "To All the Guys Who Loved Me," though I'll probably give it another shot.

At the beginning, they sold her better as a strong female lead who could do anything on her own (why I've stuck it out so long). I agree that as the drama has gone on they've treated her more like "Cinderella." I think that's just bad writing :/ I also agree that her daughter has been better with the emotional scenes. The face scrunching I guess is AJ's way of being "strong" lol. Side note: I've been thinking of watching "Into the Ring." Maybe when I have more freetime..

I'm also watching "Was It Love?" right now. I thought "Again?," regarding the poor fl/rich ml. I've only stuck around cause the fl is not the type who wants to be saved. She's trying to crawl out of debt by herself.
And yes! to your last paragraph. I want to see more leads in the same financial situation. No one should have to be saved, they should support one another.
Wow, what an interesting article! I've never really thought of dramas this technically. I prefer sismance over bromance (I'm completely neutral towards bromance. I don't care if it's there or not.) As for the rich ml/poor fl, I guess this is something I knew but seeing laid out like that really annoyed me. I'm getting sick of rich people in dramas anyway. I'd rather see normal people.
Thought Alone sounded familiar so I looked it up and remembered I saw the Bollywood remake. Anyway, thanks for the list. I'll probably check out A Tale of Two Sisters, Shutter, and maybe Tag Along.
I liked this movie, but self-sacrificing people always kind of annoy me. Those kind of people rarely exist in real life. Anyway, it was still enjoyable and reminded me of my fave Bollywood movie.
I also rarely get SLS. I either like them on their own or just find them troublesome, like you said. Like in A Love So Beautiful, I thought he was kind and sweet at first but his persistence gradually got on my nerves. The one case of SLS I've had was in Answer Me 1994 (I didn't like the main couple that much).
