Show scene aside, I liked this episode. I didn't see a hot water heater in the shower so unless they were in a hotel, the water was probably cold. I've seen worse attempts at comedy and I'm not going to lie, I kind of like seeing Tian getting sprayed with water. I thought of it as revenge from Poon, but he probably more pure than I am.
I really like that Athip is not holding back his feelings, but trying in his own way, to communicate them to Poon. There must be a reason why Athip is the way he his, not really loving someone at his age, and being so strict with his niece, who is not that much younger that him, and I hope that we find out what happened, since we've already somewhat know Poon's backstory.
I watched Bonus, Bank, Jet, Kad and Tung compete during the Superboy Project. Seeing their growth from Superboy to now has been great. I hope that Bonus and Bank get a series, just like the other Bank and Pon did. Looking forward to next week.
hii can someone tell me how large of a part the lesbian character has/the lesbian romance
It's small because they are already a couple. This same production company will be releasing a GL called GAP, based on a novel series. They already released teasers.
I love everything about this episode. People that these characters are portraying actually exist irl. No matter…
I like that this episodes shows that many people have self-doubt and insecurities. The university they attend must be expensive, judging by the fancy uniforms, and the students seem to be smart, have ride or die friends, and are generally nice people, but they are have self-doubt. This stage is life is usually difficult for most people, and I'm glad they show the struggles, and even the cringe moments.
Nuea is committed only in so far as Toh remains a simpering, spineless wimp. This is FAR from an equal partnership…
I thought the photo was cute myself. I'm not sure where it came from, but this may be an area where the show goes into a cliche, such as Prao posted it from photos taken at the camp. That would be disappointing, but their friend should spam the comments with positivity.

I don't see Toh as a spineless wimp. He is strange at times, but he has been more than willing to be public with Nuea, once he gets over his self-doubt. To me, Toh is young, immature, inexperienced and a little idealistic, but a lot of people have been that way. The cringy temper tantrum and his head games with Nuea at the mall was not simpering, but it was immature.
The comments state some are disappointed in Nuea for not doing anything about the Instagram post. I don't know what they want him to do either.
I agree about the actor playing Som. She is very good, and she has a bright future. I was hoping that Som and Tor would have some scenes together, hopefully they will in an upcoming episode.
In my opinion, Nuea has a plan, whether it will be public or private (only a discussion with Toh), but something will happen. After 11 episodes, it's clear that Nuea is committed to his relationship, and is not ashamed in any way. I'm confused by how some viewers criticize toxic masculinity, but want Nuea to do something! Toh, the cringe king, needs to have more confidence, just like his father in-law said.
To me, this series is a coming of age comedy series. The insecurities and angst of puberty have been felt by most people, but we learn and grow from our struggles. The outwardly always confident Daisy can be shaken but some really rude comments, showing that sometimes the internal and external do not always align. I think that Nutt would be great in a lead role. He has the acting ability for one.
Very enjoyable episode. It looks like Khabkhluen has already told his mother about Daonuea. Fah will be the next installment of Star and Mind, and I'm looking forward to it. GMMTV - I promise to visit Texas Chicken the next time I'm in Bangkok and it better be good!
Heeey :) Can someone help me?Sorry if it's a silly question... I've been reading reviews here and lots of people…
Fan service means they are doing intimate behaviors that are strictly for the fans, not because they are a real couple. Sometimes authors will write extras that are not canon just to for the fans. I believe (from either Max or Tul) there is even a Thai word for pretend couple. I personally do not care for fan meets where the organizers make the actors almost kiss (no longer done due to COVID). The fans in Thailand, Philippines, China, etc., love these fan meets though. I'm basing my opinion on certain actors' ability to sell out venues (before COVID) that hold a few hundred people. I do not have a problem with these events because it gives the actors opportunities to make money. Thailand has low wages, and this money can help them with their future. This is just my opinion.
I like this series, but I also read shapeshifter manga and webtoons. I can see why some people don't like it, because it could be seen as strange. I think the actors are doing a good job conveying their feelings, and the characters are likable.
I commend the production company for creating this since shape shifting on a lower budget is a huge risk. I haven't read the comic so I don't know this story, but apparently was very popular in China and Japan.
I almost made a huge mistake and passed this up because of the title and well...Hotel Stars. I'm still a little startled by Boss' resemblance to Singto, but this is slowly diminishing. I give Star Hunter Entertainment respect for casting lead and supporting characters who look Thai, instead of the usual fair, ethnic Chinese, and Thai mixed with Caucasian actors that we usually see. No hate since i'm mixed, but I love seeing people who look Thai in Thai dramas who are not exclusively thugs or villains.
Because of the acting, and chemistry between the actors, I really liked this series, even though I skipped Ep 11 because I figured it would only be angst, with no value added and I was right. I did not need to go back and watch it to figure out Ep. 12. I clicked on the director and screenwriter and learned that the screenwriter wrote I Told Sunset About You. I'm in the 1% who felt ITSAY was not a "masterpiece," just a good series. This screenwriter seems to like to create what in real life would be "toxic" people, such as Teh and Fah. They string along their partners while the partner has to constantly adjust and adapt to their whims. Please, find another archetype in your next series.
The only reason I don't want a series for Vee and Dome is that it will be Vee stringing Dome along for multiple episodes of angst.
i'm pretty sure Daisy is trans though, at least that's what i've heard from the novel idk
Thanks for the info. I haven't read the novel, but was basing it on the school uniform, and Daisy's clothing (more androgynous) that she identified as a male.
the reason for me to drop this series is toh...he is really boring, irritating n I don't find anything that would…
To me, Toh's character is an outward expression of inner monologues and dialogues people have when they have their first major crush. Many of us cringe at some of the things he says and does, but I love Toh for his quirks. His quirks, his loyalty, and his bravery once he sets his fears aside is what would make me like him.
Thank you for having a fem gay man, Daisy, who gets the guy and is not just the comic relief. Fem gay men have always been in for forefront of gay rights, but have been kind of pushed out of the picture in entertainment, in favor of straight passing characters. I would love to see Daisy and Intouch with their own series.
I just found out that the director of this series directed Love Sick 2 and Make it Right.
Edited: Just found out that Daisy is a transwoman. "The Boy Foretold by the Stars" is still my favorite then.
I wanted to thank you for working so hard for those of us who do not speak Thai. I know that it's hard work to provide subs and wanted you to know your efforts are appreciated.
