Title Knot Spoiler
Is the novel is ahead of the series?
No, the novel is only up to where the series is, but the novel has a bunch of additional information in it that helps with understanding the setting and some of the character dynamics so it's worth reading while watching the series.

Ie in the latest chapter it's the NC scene where Nakhun uses the necktie to blind himself, in the beginning of that scene, when he firsts asks for Phatsa's shirt, he admits that he'd been feeling miserable all day without Phatsa and was confused about his feelings and urges which is why Phatsa gives him his shirt when he asks for it. In the series Nakhun doesn't explain anything and Phatsa is confused while giving the shirt over. It's a small change, but it helps us understand the characters and their relationship way better.

Sis, it's a romance. The plot is the romance. It's not non-existent, we got three whole couples worth of plot!…
Lol, what pilot did you watch?? They've barely changed anything from the pilot at all. The pilot promised us an Omega x Alpha story and a baby. This is what we're getting. At least this series has some spice and drama unlike Tadaima Okaeri which was 99% babies. :')

i'm up to the obligation chapter, and I don't remember reading about the blindfold ... I'm not sure how to see…
Melt and Blind were both released this week.
I don't have an account either. I just go to the homepage and select the chapter I want to read. If it asks me to sign in or anything like that I just X out of the pop-up box and it doesn't bother me again. But I've seen other members complain about the sign-in thing in the discussion thread so I don't know. Maybe it's a location thing.

After 4 ep I can confidently say that this is a snooze fest. Where’s the action? Where’s the drama? The script…
Sis, it's a romance. The plot is the romance. It's not non-existent, we got three whole couples worth of plot! All with a different flavor of drama too.
I honestly can't wait until Naphitch and Sangnuea finally meet cause I'm sure that's when the series will delve more into Naphitch's background and the family drama. The book has already talked about that whole u-haul of baggage that's waiting to be unpacked.
But Nakhin simping over Ongsa is also super cute! I'm sure that the whole True Alpha x Beta drama that will cause will be a delightful disaster to witness.

Also MFlow is a minuscule production company. They only have like ten series under their name, they don't put product placement ads in their shows, and they're all free to watch on yt. Keeping that in mind this show honestly looks pretty good. Compared to Pit Babe, which was Change's first ever BL, Knot is way better as far as aesthetics, cgi, and abo lore go. They're definitely putting in the effort to make this series work as best they can. Not to mention the director is literally writing/wrote the book and is even having it translated into English for us to read for free while the series is airing.
If you think MFlow's productions are low budget and cheap then consider becoming a member on their yt page and give them money so they can have a bigger budget. ¯\_(^_^)_/¯

New rule: don't look to see if there are chapter updates 5 minutes before work. Having to wait all day to read it was actual torture. T^T
But we got the blindfold nc scene now! I liked the novel version better than the live action for this scene actually. Getting to understand more of Phatsa's and Nakhun's thoughts as they learn more about the bond and how it affects them is very interesting.

Quick question: this will be the third main-love-interests role these two act together in, right? I’m new to…
It's normal in Thai BLs. In Thai BLs a ship is essentially treated like a brand name so you might hear fans describe a series like, this is a ZeeNunew or a JoongDunk series and so viewers will already get an idea about what the series will be like before even watching a trailer.
For PoohPavel they tend to lean into the fantasy genre and they don't have a lot of NC scenes but the ones they do have tend to be very spicy and the relationship building between their characters is very emotional.

I actually think he's wanting the pure omega for Naphitch. Naphitch is his favorite son, but he's only an alpha.…
Yeah, but I don't think powerful grandchildren is his intent. I think the dad just wants to boost his son's standing in society by pairing him with a pure omega.
Of course I could be completely wrong. We'll have to wait and see. T^T)9

I was wondering the same thing I think he planned to pair the pure omega up with Nakhin.
After watching the cast reaction videos and reading the novel I'm hedging my bets that the dad wants the pure omega for Naphitch. He will not be happy when he finds out that the pure omega is Phatsa.

Every month on this day, i make list of bl series and surprisingly every months there are tons of BL series and…
Mr. Kill is not queerbaiting, it is a shounen-ai, and there won't be any kiss scenes.
And this is not the place to be posting this list. There is a community tab with groups and forums for a reason which gives users a place to post these types of things.

What is the father’s plan if he find the pure Omega. Is he going to force Nahkun to have affair so he could…
I actually think he's wanting the pure omega for Naphitch. Naphitch is his favorite son, but he's only an alpha. If Naphitch was paired with a pure omega it'd make him look better/stronger. The father will probs be very pissed to find out that his least favorite son is already bound to the pure omega.

Phatsa's authoritative interactions with Naphitch this episode were a bit jarring. I was hoping they'd explain…
Don't mind me, I'm hyperfixating and this thought occurred to me. I think maybe as a pure omega Phatsa might have an instinctual desire to protect other omegas. We saw in the beginning him going out of his way to protect Sangnuea and he and the kiddos we saw all said that they felt safe around Phatsa which might be them instinctually recognizing him as a pure omega.
When Phatsa was scolding Naphitch he was very fixated on Naphitch's disrespect towards their mom, who is an omega. So I think his anger stemmed from him wanting to protect her and didn't actually have anything to do with the brothers bickering at all. He saw an alpha being rude to an omega and so stepped in and put the alpha in his place.
Ahh, I really wish there were more episodes out to explain the lore. I'm so impatient to find out more. T^T

What's going on with the director and the scenes with random kids hanging out in a cafe for no visible reason?…
It was a buy one get two free child actors lmao.
But seriously I think it's cause this series is so low budget that they can't afford adult actors for the extras, so they brought in children actors. All the money went into styling Boat's hair. XD

Episode 4Boat's hotness 🔥 🥵The stupid question - Are you frigid or something!?🤦🏻🙄And the brilliant…
Why do you think Sangnuea is a headache? :')
I've been eagerly looking forward to when he and Naphitch meet and their ship finally sails. During the cast reaction videos Jame and Folk are literally so cute and cuddly together. I can't wait to see their onscreen chemistry.

I'm confused what's the difference between the alpha and the true alpha 🤔
True alphas are more powerful and have more control over themselves.
Remember in the first episode we see Nakhun sitting in a club and an omega attempts to seduce him, but he just stares until the omega leaves. A regular alpha wouldn't have been able to resist that omega. Later Phatsa asks if his friends can visit the house, but Nakhun says that it wouldn't be safe for his omega friend Sangnuea since there are a lot of alphas in the house that might not be able to control themselves, but Nakhin has multiple interactions with Sangnuea and is able to resist his pheromones since Nakhin is also a true alpha.
Also it's easier to understand pheromones if you think of them more as like a psychic aura rather than just a smell/hormone. They are mentally impacting each other with their pheromones the same way two telepaths would when they fight each other. It's very X-men lol.

Phatsa's authoritative interactions with Naphitch this episode were a bit jarring. I was hoping they'd explain…
I actually think that is what's happening from the soulmate bond. When one of them gets hurt, the other feels it, when Nakhun got horny Phatsa also started feeling it, and when Nakhun got angry with his brother so did Phatsa.
But I've also seen comments saying that Phatsa is actually pregnant already and that's why he's got mood swings lmao. We'll have to wait and see what the explanation is.
