I cannot believe they had the female lead kiss BOTH male leads. I have never experienced this before. What a way to confuse the audiences heart. I'm all kinds of giddy right now.
Just finished episode 3. This drama is freaking amazing. I feel like this is Business Proposal but in saguek form. Tropes and comedic elements done right. Light, entertaining and addictive.
??????This drama finish filming end of March this year.
Oh okay cool. It just feels like it’s been ages since filming ended that by the time this thing actually airs, I was worried the actors will look different. Thanks for the clarification.
Ahhh I shouldn't be like this... It's only half of episode 2 but I already rooting for SML :)
You and many others, I mean how can we nottt? Broke my heart at end of episode 1 when the peach blossoms started falling and the FL and SML were on the beautiful bridge but the ML comes in and goes in for the hug. Peach blossoms are their thing!!! And yet, an opportunity was stolen just like that. Poor shin won..
You forgot that part where he shouted at his 4th brother in a very commanding voice that even his 4th brother…
Omg YES, are you talking about the time where he tells his brother not to involve his family in court stuff? And he grips his hand on his brothers chest? Bc that was hot af too.
You´re not alone, I dropped Love All Play as well. She was good in it, but unfortunately the story and her character…
Wow yes! Sh**ting stars and love all play really didn’t highlight the actors’ potential at all. The only reason why I finished stars was bc of that FL but not before dropping it multiple times. I love it when actors are given more suitable roles to highlight their capabilities. Happy for them
Aw! I think Kim Young Dae is doing fantastic thus far. When he's longing for his queen and the tears roll down…
The ending of episode 2! The way she sets us up with the internal monologue about her helplessness as she continues to live in the shadow of another woman. She actually reaches and holds the King's hand which is a huge deal. I think any one of us who's watched their fair share of sagueks understand the severity of this offense. (even though I know this is a fictional comedic piece) Court ladies or anyone for that matter are not allowed to lay a finger on the King. But he wakes up and not only does he not punish her, he doesn't move his hand and instead says her hand resembles that of his late wife's... :(
She's already kneeling there wondering how is she going to overcome this living-in-the-shadow-of-another-woman situation. And yet here she is - dismantling his walls but ONLY BECAUSE she resembles another woman.
I'm someone who never gets SLS but already from the 2nd ep, Shin Won has my whole heart. That scene of his first…
Shin Won and the FL already have such a rich history! Its not even that they saw each other from afar in some random market, they were engaged to be marrieddd! And he's spent his every moment after that awful wedding looking for her. :( how can we not root for this man?
Omo. I didn't expect this drama to be this good. It's so enjoyable with a captivating storyline. Now I have to wait 5 more days for episode 3. I busted out laughing when they started playing the goblin soundtrack in the background. I love this drama. I love how it set itself up as a comedic saguek, nothing serious, just for kicks and giggles.
That second male lead and female lead relationship though. UGH. Why they gotta set up their storyline so well and so intertwined already? That's like what ML and FL relationships are made of. I'm going to have serious SML syndrome after this, similar to Start Up. T___T And not only that but SML is BEST FRIENDS with ML?? Ouch.
I've seen this actress in Love All Play, which I dropped unfortunately. She seemed way serious in there and she didn't seem like she could pull off a comedic saguek but my oh my was I wrong. She's a natural and I enjoy watching her weave in and out of comedic and more serious elements.
And last but most certainly not the least, that slo mo panning of the King's sweaty body. :O Thanks director-nim for that fanservice.
