Sometimes ratings across all dramas jump up or down at the same time a. This is such a big jump I suspect its not due to a bunch of downvotes but the system.

I don't have a strong opinion on whether he is involved but I just don't think he is the mastermind. He is too obvious and it would be kind of disappointing bc it isn't really a reveal at this point - majority viewers have suspected him long ago.

It could be the also, a bunch of dramas seem to have also seen down ratings moves.

I don't think he is the mastermind and I am increasingly open to the idea he is not even involved. He has nothing to gain (not in line for the throne and in any case to sick to rule for long) and everything to lose (he genuinely loves his sister). I think it is more likely that the real head of Chunqiu sect is Liu Ran's father. It is only her family that has the resources and the presence in so many different places. So the question is whether Liu Ran is really that clueless or is she in on it. Don't forget Chunhe was their maid and Liu Ran was evasive to her brother about what happened to her. But I suspect the ultimate mastermind that is pulling at all the strings from higher up has to be either Mistress Huan/Crown Prince or Prince Dong Chuan, They are all people who stand to inherit the throne so they have motive, means and opportunity.

He is not terrible overall but his panicked screaming scenes when his sister was lost were awful. Same with Lord Spring - I don't know why the director keeps asking them to scream or shout like that it is so unnatural it doesn't work.

He could be lying to his sister about that. To keep her sympathy.

I think at this point the biggest surprise to most people would be if WYJ turns out to be a good guy. 😂😂😂

It has to be whoever ordered Chunhe or Peipei to stab Master Chu. And I don’t rule out that that person is Master Chu himself.

I found Wu You Jue, Lady Autumn and Dalang's acting all to be super cringe. Like they are all trying too hard. Whereas the first 16th Night was amazing.
