Well I may be also an immoral person but it wouldn't bother me if he visits prostitutes. He is a single guy, willing buyer willing seller no one was hurt. I would still watch his dramas. The issue is prostitution is probably illegal in China so if it is true, he has bigger issues. I am just guessing that bc Li Yifeng and Li Yundi were both pretty much cancelled for soliciting prostitutes.

I hear Cantonese - Francis Ng is a HK actor. And I suspect the local people are speaking Burmese but its not a language I know. This show should be set in Burma. Its based on a real person/documentary novel.

I think BBC dramas are still mostly ok. I don't like Taiwanese dramas so can't help you there - they speak whiny Mandarin which totally turns me off.

I honestly don't think that is something censors care about. It is more likely modified by the production bc of concerns that it won't go down well with female audiences. There have been a lot of whitewashing of characterizations across the board in c-dramas nowadays.

Haha, I did enjoy Bollywood dramas when I was a kid even though I didn't understand a word. Very dramatic and good looking people - I just liked to watch them singing, dancing and fighting.
