If you are interested in the evolution of the modern Chinese banking system you can watch War of Faith. It is about the establishment of the first Kuomintang central bank which didn't happen until 1930s Shanghai. But yes one of Qin Shihuangdi's great accomplishments was the establishment of a common currency which led to credit and the facilitation of commerce. But I wouldn't call them banks, certainly not in the modern sense bc the deposit gathering and other intermediary functions didn't evolve until much, much later. It was one of the reasons why China lagged going into modernization. In fact up until the late 1990s/early 2000s the Chinese banking system was still very shaky and in need of constant recapitalization.

It doesn’t double count or somehow count more - that is total fake news . No credible site like this will create such an easy loophole to cheat the system bc that means the rating is manipulated and not worth jack shit. I don’t waste time doing it but it is useful if you want to try to objectively arrive at a final rating based on an average of all your episode ratings. If you are gonna rate them all 10 it’s a total waste of time bc your final rating will just count as 10. I will only rate once when I am done.
