I am a bit bored by the dream arc and may have missed the part where this came up. Do you mean 般若世界/ bōrě shìjiè? 般若/Bore is the Buddhist state of prajna or highest clarity or wisdom. 般若世界/ Bōrě shìjiè kind of refers to heaven or nirvana or a state of ultimate enlightenment. It could mean the dream world that TTJ and XW go into in the context of this drama. I may have zoned out and only vaguely recall it coming up so I am not 100pct sure. If you tell me roughly where it came up I can go back and look.

The concept they are trying to convey is that this is a supremely powerful being that is born out of primordial or innate evil. It was not derived from some being human or otherwise that went astray. You can think of Zhong Kui who is the ultimate evil in Chinese mythology, the equivalent of Satan or Lucifer or The Devil.
