He is not consistent but when he is good, he can be very good. He has very sexy eyes. But lately he doesn't seem to be that invested in his roles.

I wouldn't be shocked if its just not salvageable. It is one of those tragic situations where they hate each other bc they are so alike and they eye each other critically only seeing each others (and their own) worst faults. Where I am kind of different is I don't think its just the mom's fault I think CSS is incredibly difficult as well.

I thought the emperor scenes were really funny and some of the mom scenes as well. But overall it was kind of boring. Unfortunately even though he is a great guy Lou Yao bores me to death.
