Excellent, both dramas I think I may quite enjoy. In the meantime nothing to watch so plowing ahead with Advisor's Alliance. I kind of don't like how they try to whitewash Sima Yi over his many wives. Like why bother? He was a man of his times, it doesn't make him a bad guy. Kind of been low key disappointed since.

I have the SSS books or rather my dad does. He likes them quite a bit. I will probably read them at some point. For modern I just love the Western stuff so much they are so much more out of this world innovative that the Chinese ones so far away from measuring up? I think censorship is a big reason but still... Anyway, its still early in the year, hopefully better period dramas surface...

I was underwhelmed. First of all the TMOPB ending was super unoriginal. Han Pu is another unnecessary death. And then the 10 years is pretty much Princess Weiyoung ending. But the ML and FL chemistry is spectacular and overall my low expectations were exceeded slightly.

Last year was ok for me, I had Word of Honor and SSS. And a lot of the low budget stuff was pretty good. This year I am feeling it a lot more. Chinese modern drama is all meh for me, I pretty much don't even feel like trying them anymore.
