Reading through the reviews, I found several accounts that were literally created yesterday just to post good…
I’m not trusting anyone who reviewed and rated it a 10 because this is clearly not a 10 drama. Same to those who gave it a 1, clearly haters.
I gave up after 4 episodes. Gave it a chance but it wasn’t for me. The writing, and sadly Jisoo’s acting prevented me from going on. Can’t stand the cringe.
It was ok on this one than the first ones she did (horrible). But still not enough to do lead roles. I cringe at her solo scenes, it is still showing. Dropped it midway, still couln’t torture myself to liking her acting.
Hyun Jin’s pissing me off so badly for losing that laptop! The heck to leave it behind, a very important piece of lead! Pregnancy’s no excuse for being this brainless as a lawyer. You know that person who left in the room is somewhat associated to Connect! Darn it!
If there’s one thing I know watching all the released episodes, there’s no one “righteous” character here. All gray or shady, including that tech CEO. All’s got agenda. The detective husband will soon get roped in doing shady stuff to protect the dumb pregnant wife.
What I’m about to say as a huge Kim Seon Ho fan is painful. But please hear me out.
KSH delivered so did the FL but not enough.
The first few episodes, I enjoyed but when I reached the latter episodes, esp. Episode 10 onwards, I found myself pressing the 1.5x speed button (one of my proven and tested indicators as a longtime K content fan). I felt it became repetitive and tiresome. I couldn’t believe myself and had to pause to accept the fact that I was bored and KSH wasn’t enough to save me and the show. It must be the pacing?
From that point on it became a struggle to go on, as it became a chore. I wasn’t enjoying it anymore. Also, the leads chemistry didn’t reach me sadly. This should have been reduced to a 8-10 episodes max.
I still finished it as my means of support to KSH but I’m sorry, this is not it. 8/10. I’m a fan but this must be said.
And by the way, I need to say this. This show reminds me so much of Kill Me, Heal Me x IONTBO, fusion.
Give us the international fans Signal 2! If SK doesn’t want it, then leave them out of it during airing. Give it to Netflix for the world to see and geotag it excluding SK.
