It is shown and said in the ep 15 that his father killed him in the original timeline. Sad but understandable.…
I agree! People say he stopped murdering for decades because his son was born and he loves him a lot. Then kills him in present time? Pick a side people! LOL. I hate it when fantasy insult people’s common sense. Yes I know it’s called fantasy for a reason but it has to make sense somehow in storytelling. It is called inconsistency.
What if Go Min Su violated Chung Ah the owner of Bong Bong Tea House? That bastard could be the real baby daddy. If so, he is the ML’s real appa. Min Su probably stole those red yarns from Chung Ah.
For this reason, Min Su is my prime suspect. A time traveller him did it, then and now. Maybe he discovered the time machine from his present convos with Hae Jun. Remember how Hae Jun prevented his suicide? Thus the time and date adjustment?
I also couldn’t forget how his “boarding school” is located deep in the mountains. This is probably why he could disappear easily in the deep forest.
Present Soon Ae probably encountered 1987 Min Su near the river (he time traveled from past to present time to finish the kill), thus the old matchbox evidence.
“Women who read are dangerous”. Min Su is surrounded by women who likes to read. First his mother, a doctor. You know how much books you need to read to become a doctor. Mi Sook is also a reader, look at her room. Maybe there was a traumatic past he witnessed when he was a young boy. Maybe their dad was killed by their sicko doctor mom? Who knows what family dynamics they have in the past.
Call me nuts but I am already suspecting everyone, including Soon Ae’s useless younger brother, haha! We are on EP14 but I don’t see his relevance on the story but to annoy us? He still kept appearing with no major contribution to the plot, or not? I am overthinking but who knows? I still don’t believe it is ML’s dad, could be another red herring or misunderstanding.
P.S. I think I’ve watched too many suspense thrillers. Usually the culprit is the least you suspect and right under your nose.
Why am I thinking that Dr Yang is this missing Sujeong? What if she got better, lost weight and did plastic surgery? She’s competent, knows the research like the back of her hand. What if she isn’t dead yet? Anything can happen in Pandora. Major shocker if she really is Sujeong. After all PJH is only one who knows what really happened to the body after the parking lot scene.
What if “Sujeong” aka Dr Yang teamed up with PJH, motivation is maybe she had feelings for her mentor Kyojin? We all know in that scene in the airplane, Kyojin showed interest in Hong Tae Ra then PJH suddenly declared that HTR is her gf in front of Kyojin? PJH could use Sujeong’s feelings prolly jealousy to manipulate her against HTR.
Pretty on point review. However I can't wrap my head around your inconsistent rating. This drama is definitely…
If not for the last few episodes towards the end, the rating could go higher for others but definitely not lower than that. For me it’s a 7 because of the plot that is obviously out of balance. Han Ji Pyeong and the grandma carried most of the weight of the goodness of this show. If you don’t agree with the rating I gave, feel free to make your own. I am entitled to rate it according to my will as much as you are. Let us just agree to disagree. It’s not a pity rate for sure. Nam Joo Hyuk got a backlash because of the role so that speaks volume of how dissatisfied the viewers were. Thankfully, he redeemed himself at 25/21.
i plan to watch , which eps they become couple ? any breakup ? which eps they patch up rush ending ah ? i don't…
I dont exactly remember but yes they became a couple later in the drama, around EP 12ish, not sure, which made sense since this is a slow burn romance. And yes they broke up, but came together again at the end after a year later in drama time. Not rush ending for me. But I do wish to see them more together than ending it right away.
i just finished the first episode and i’m dying to know what the territorial issue is … can’t wait for the…
They were questioned if the food is really Halal, and if someone gets sick who’s taking responsibility for it. Someone lodged a complaint. But Chef Paik said someone must probably be getting territorial since they are getting popular.
Wow, I didn’t realize that the screenwriter of this drama is also the same screenwriter of Miracle in Cell No. 7. No wonder it tugs at the heartstrings.
Han Hye Jin was a huge miscast. The comedy is 10/10 especially from the three friends. The emotions are 8/10 from…
Agree! I honestly kept skipping her parts, and DJ-ing. I only was able to bear a few scenes with her son. Other than that, I skip. Her moving on with the rest after her case was over was a plot mistep.
I enjoyed this show a lot! It was heartwarming, funny and fresh. I was supposed to give this a 9 but I find Lee Seo Jin’s story’s the weakest (more so after her case) so I deduct and give this 8.5 overall. I was over and done when her case ended but as the story progresses, it became uninteresting, annoying, and boring. If they will make a S2, maybe remove her storyline. I’m glad they didn’t push a hardsell romantic arc with her and Atty Shin.
I also wish that evil stepmother and lawyer have gotten a harsher punishment. The bromance of this drama is the MVP!
I hope so.. it would be interesting to see a Jung Pal vs Jang Jun… both are very similar in personality but…
With the recent development in Jung Pal’s character, I think he became more cunning, calculative , brutal and daring. It is interesting if they do S3 with them headbutting.
And also who killed FL’s mum and how about the old matchbox in the river?
These two must be answered on the last episode.

Season 3 must be coming? Jung Pal vs Jang Jun
As far as I’ve watched, it didn’t happen yet.
