Can anyone tell me since I might’ve missed it, what kind of betrayal did Sheishin do to Lady Maeda? All I get was probably she’s jealous of her beauty being narcissistic? Your thoughts?
I couldn't even barely continue the third episode, don't know why nothing is attractive to watch, the synopsis…
Just like what happened to me. I felt that after EP2 and couldn’t go on EP3 anymore so I decided to hold it. Went back here to know if it’s worth watching now that it’s about to end. I’m just happy that my time was spared reading the comments here.
Reading the comments here now to know if I should go back to watching it. Interestingly, no regrets that I dropped this on EP2. I already had off feelings then on this drama. Glad to have saved my time.
Didn’t expect to enjoy this one. I love the pacing!
A little rant though, Jung Hye could easily end up in jail for kidnapping and illegally detaining of grandpa CEO, so why the heck she got away? This is on top of her other charges. Anyway, not complaining I am excited to see her downfall next week.
And what was that? Seo Do Guk also has a timer in his wrist same as Yi Joo? Lols, Twinkling Watermelon 2.0 time travelling companion?
So I forced myself to finish it since I already invested time watching it. If this gets a S2, count me out. There are far more nicer dramas that deserve a sequel than this. HELLO NETFLIX, FUND VAGABOND SEASON 2 INSTEAD.
I’d have to say that I enjoyed the first 4 episodes but went down the drain. Still couldn’t get the childish of Nam Soon. It is very cringey. I must say it doesn’t suit her Korean-Mongolian babytalking. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy a good comedy but this one is not my cup of tea. But I find the weakling uncle who couldn’t even lift an ant really funny though.
The vagrant couple was a missed opportunity. I have always wondered what important role they have to play and wished their backstory was explored deeper. I thought at first that the lady vagrant would get a job opportunity at one of Nam-soon’s family business, but heck no. At least the dude did a bit of contribution.
There’s a lot of rants I wish to say but I do not wish for another minute of my time to get wasted. I will move forward now and forget this drama. I feel sorry for the prequel Strong Girl Bong Soon coz that one was really nice and enjoyable.
While the FL is a good actress, her recent dramas were a missed. She was good at Squid Game and All of Us Are Dead but the last three I’ve seen (this one, Connect and the sports drama I didn’t like). She better pick well in the next ones.
Not gonna lie, I tried the first two episodes are flat and I’m getting a bad feeling about it. I am giving this a try because of the Ye Jin from Taxi Driver, not much of ML. I’m still on the fence so I will give it until EP4. I usually decide if it’s worth watching after 4 episodes max. If I still get the same feel, will drop it and just read spoilers from here.
why are people saying they want her to end up with Woo Hak? as much as he doesn't seem like a bad person, bro…
I am no fan of both actors so I can say this without bias that Bo Geol is a much better fit for MH. Woohak is a good dude but yeah I find his character annoying. But I’d take him to be a close boy friend than a boyfriend anytime! He seems cool.
Is 16 episodes too long? It’s better than 30episodes of Chinese drama, right?
The first half was ok, then it went flat for me. The only thing that keeps me watching is Yichan and Seung Ah. The plot is just on a loop that it became a chore to watch past EP12.
As much as I like Seo In Ah as an actress esp in Business Proposal, I don’t like her character that much here. I always cringe when she’s always surrounded by boys like she’s Miss Korea so many times in this show, like wth once is enough to establish that many dudes like her. But realistically speaking, does being mobbed or surrounded like that really happen in real life? I get pissed everytime I see scenes like that.
I find Yichan and Seun Ah’s love arc is fare more interesting and sincere in this whole drama.
even after showing a little bit of woohak memories I still believe bogeol is kiho . They might be friends and…
I also think Bo Geol is Kiho. On the last day of his waiting at the Seoul station, if I saw it right, I think he was wearing a military uniform (clue was the dress cap). Maybe Kiho was about to meet her one last time before his enlistment. So how could someone who lost his memory in high school wait for her? We all know that military conscription in Korea starts as early as 18 or after you graduate from high school.
I had a very strange feeling that the writer kinda taunted us when Ran Joon trampled on the fake glasses of the…
There’s a phenomenon called transference in psychology, that I could think of, that one’s memories is distorted and has a tendency to own it despite not being his. There’s a chance that the real Kiho could have vented out his experience to Woohak so it confused him as his own when it isn’t. That is one logical explanation I can think of.
If Bo Geol isn’t Kiho, how did he know about Mokha’s waiting at the old Seoul station for that bait Kiho meet-up if he isn’t the one? He just dashed away without even reading the note or asking his brother about it on the cafeteria of the meeting place on the card. Remember that Kiho supposedly lost all the memories in high school so there’s no way for him (in this case Woohak) to know, even if one argues that Woohak told Bo Geol? I still think Bo Geol is Kiho.

Haha! I think this is why they casted a seemingly “co-equal” famous actors to hide what the writer has in mind. With her last project in Start-up, we cannot deny that Nam Joo Hyuk is a bigger actor than KSH so it kinda spoils the plot somehow but they weren’t expecting that KSH will own the role so well that it would somewhat make more sense for Han Ji Pyeong to end up with Dalmi than Dosan.
The writer really get the kicks for identity as she did screw up my mind watching Start Up and similar thing with…
I had a very strange feeling that the writer kinda taunted us when Ran Joon trampled on the fake glasses of the CEO. It’s like smashing the fake eyeglasses of Woo Hak pretending to be Ki Ho. 😂
I don't get why people are saying kiho forgot everything. The 2 friends whom kiho's old friend contacted (the…
The only reason I can think of lies on Ki Ho’s last words to Mok Ha before he left her onboard.
“Let’s part ways here. When you get to Seoul…”
1. Change your name like Ran Joon. 2. Forget everyone on this island. (Including friends and even me - “Ki Ho”). 3. That way, your father won’t find you.
Instead of Mok Ha, he did it when he got to Seoul. Mok Ha still hasn’t done anything like this even after 15yrs later.
