I think popularity is not based on acting ,it depends on fans voting I guess and Rating is imp too u know ,u might be the best at acting but if your drama become flop no use,Each person taste of Drama and movies are different in the world ,some might like Comedy ,some melo drama ,some might love Moving drama,some My dearest etc,so the only way to do fair judge is based on Rating,so they should consider Ratings too
