You know what, you're right "grooming" was too much. Shifu is very!!!! respectful and standoffish. NOT!!!!!!!! pedophile like at all, I definitely used the wrong terminology. I just dont like the Shifu/Lover theme when it comes to adults and children. She is an innocent little girl who has a deep admiration respect and somewhat a crush on her Shifu. He treats her like a child. I believe he will start to develop actual feelings (romantic) as she is older and they go through their ups and downs.
Still on episode 1 although all 6 eps are currently out on TENCENT. So far it seems promising, I just dont like how China Entertainment think its supposed to be cool to watch a Grown Man become a child's "Shifu" (Master) only to become lovers later on. That aspect of these Dramas REALLY!!!!!! DISGUST ME, I just cant wait for Yang Mi to get in. After watching the trailer, I now understand why he kept her close. The way she looked at the king like she will have a vendetta against him in the future. He accepted her as a student so she wont be a future hindrance to The Emperor., not realizing he would later fall In love with her as she reached her womanhood. At least thats what Im guessing so far, 😆

I do not crap on everything that is Not korean, I love Chinese Fantasy Dramas. I also Love Japanese Animes. Im just responding to these bitter people on here that totally disrespect the artist in squid game because they are mad and jealous at its popularity. Yes, I am more into Korean entertainment because I was into it for 15 years. But I first watched Chinese Martial Arts Films and Japanese Anime in the 90s. Korean entertainment came late to me through to youtube and becoming a Kpop fan 2005, Loving the music, food, culture, language. As a foreigner I was culture shocked and amazed by South Korea and how amazing it was.
I will be watching on Wetv or Tencent app supporting Yang Mi, No illegal streaming for me, at least Not with this drama. Make sure EVERY VIEW COUNT! Besides The Episodes will be uploaded with subs and NO commercials and Ultra HD if you're a VIP viewer. This drama will look so good on a 60inch screen. My sisters and I plan on watching the first 6 episodes together, pass the popcorn!!!!
