I don't have any issue with XRH, and I know a lot of international C-drama fans are eager to see them team up, despite a few shade-throwing comments aimed at CZY. Like you, I'm just not interested in the storyline. It's a recycled plot we've seen repeatedly in both C-dramas and K-dramas. The trope is outdated, and from what I've heard from people who actually read the novel, it isn't very good to begin with.
