honestly, Ok Gyeong was right when she said she plays the same role over and over again, that's a fair point,…
Agreed. Was it abrupt? Yes. Was I surprised? No. And same goes for JN. Was it annoying watching her damage her voice? Yes. Was I surprised? No. They're performers, and I find their characters to be very consistent with that.
I was fustrated by Jeong Nyeon in episode 8, like everyone else. But at the same time, I can understand why she pushed herself that hard. My experience of performing on stage was electrifying because the stage is full of emotions: adrenaline, excitement, fear, passion and much more. Therefore I can see how a person can get lost in all the energy and emotion and become consumed by it.
Answer: I watch this drama in Korean, but it's hard to understand sometimes because I'm more used to the Korean spoken today. Moreover, I watched episode 8 while 'multitasking' on my phone. However, in the final scene, my eyes kept moving from my phone to the drama. Eventually, I wasn't on my phone anymore. I had both eyes on the drama, and I was full-blown crying! That is how powerful and alluring her acting is!
This drama is actually really heavy. It's an emotionally deep show. It's not the kind of pain that makes me cry, but it's the kind of pain that hurts my heart that's how deep it is to me 😅
It always makes me laugh knowing that those 'hypothetical' scenes are supposed to be imaginary, but the actors still have to film them so in a way the dance scene was real 😂
I haven't caught up yet. I'm just stopping by. So far I've learned that the ML can sew, play music, paint, and nurse wounds. Is there anything he cannot do??
I didn't think there'd ever come a better time when I could give a shout out to Song Ho Hee. But today is finally the day! If you really like this type of music I recommend checking out her heartbreaking version of BTS's Spring Day.
What are these things called tears and why are they falling from my eyes??? 😭 I've watched FL dramas back to back today. Firstly, A Virtuous Business then followed by Jeongnyeon: The Star is Born. We're making drama, people!!! 📣📣👏👏
The way I gasped at the ending of episode 7 🤣. I've watched so much drama I don't really get shocked anymore. But this show made me lower my guard. They got me good!!! 🤣
I remember hearing about Kim Woo Bin just as I was getting into kdramas, but I never really got to watch any of…
P.S. I really felt his emotion in the film. Especially, in the before and after scenes of him trying to recall the miranda rights and trying to use handcuffs. I believed his character's conviction and his natural instinct to do the right thing 🥲
I remember hearing about Kim Woo Bin just as I was getting into kdramas, but I never really got to watch any of his works and adore him in the same way as his fans. When he came back, it felt like my second chance. Since his return, I've watched almost all of his new works. I'm so glad he recovered because he is such an amazing actor and (after reading this interview) he seems like such an amazing person. I have respect for his talent and work ethic. His interview is an inspiration.
I was way too invested in that last scene of episode 5 😂😂
Me: It's her 남편!!! Corporate people: Who are you? Me: Just say it!!! Ji Uk: I'm not the victim. I'm her husband. Me: Ashflbaosdkjba!!!! He actually said it 😆😆😆😆
