After watching the new trailer i am pretty sure jcw will act like a hook of the story, provide background and initiate the drama, after that the rest of the cast has to carry it forward. I think they chose jong seo because of the action scenes primarily

Wow this comment section is so heated🤒. For me I'll definitely start watching it, jcw is in a historical drama after so many years. But if story becomes tedious, I'll drop it later. Also people who watch a drama because of the story and not the actors are a very small proportion. If you like both the story and actors then that's very lucky nowadays

Queen woo and revolver are both highly anticipated, really hope the writing and direction doesn't disappoint. The mdl page of the director of revolver is very dissapointing (literally all his work is 6 stars💀)

Yeah i am a jcw fan and so are you but i think he'll definitely be dead in 1 or 2 episodes 💀. The teaser directly says "king is dead" maybe mistranslation idk. Well as many have pointed out perhaps he'll come in flashbacks

Empress Ki was soo good..so emotional and so well written. Every main character had ambitions and flaws

For me The trailer/teaser was definitely carried by ji chang wook. Now if they kill him off in 1 or 2 episodes and the other actors can't maintain the quality or the story becomes tedious it will be bad. Hopefully it won't be like that. Also I don't know why they didn't have some good dialogues/scenes from jong seo in the trailer it seemed like only jcw is the main guy and rest are supporting members.Anyways best of luck to the team!

Well I'll agree to disagree. It will be great if that were the case but I don't see it happening.I feel only the hardcore fans will pay to watch on Disney plus. Netflix is like a 1 stop solution. Yeah i know jcw is being paid the bag by disney+ but he has to strike a balance. At the end of the day, if even 1 of your drama is popular in netflix your popularity hits the roof. we already saw that with queen of tears. And I don't particularly agree with your 2nd point, KSH has remained so popular in recent times because of only Netflix - its ok to not be ok and queen of tears. Also i am not saying he should do netflix originals just that his new dramas should be there
