Decent drama for what it is. I really hate the ML's mom. Both moms were horrible but I think the ML's mom is inexcusable even with Postpartum depression. She never see what she did was wrong to her own child, even after he saved her life at the end.
It tells a story with the main focus on the anti protagonists, it's not for everyone. If you're uncomfortable…
You don't have to be into cheating to enjoy watching a drama about cheating or infidelity. Just like people don't need to enjoy doing crime or killing to watch crime/violent dramas. Dramas are for entertainment purpose. If it's not your taste, then skip it. Not cool to call people insane just because they might enjoy watching it.
He has the whole package - good looking, hot bod, good kisser and decent acting. Wasted on those short vertical dramas. Let's hope some producer/director will discover him.
Thanks for the links. The sound is a bit off. Are they all like that?
I can hear them speak but there is no background sound like when someone breaks a glass or starts the car engine. I would enjoy it more if I can hear someone being slapped or getting hit. I tried a few links but all the same.
Maybe English is not your first language but the definition of Bromance is: close, friendly, but not sexual relationship between two men. Not the same as BL.
I think this was the best one out of all the dramas this couple were in together. No angst and just pure fun and comedy. Some stuff were a bit inappropriate but i don't take it seriously. Just cheap thrill.
as a native speaker their accents are killing me tho lol
Oh yes I've heard of that song by Sally Yeh. Unfortunately I was out of the Hong Kong/ Asian scene for like 20 years from 2000-2020. I have heard of the names you've mentioned but not familiar with their songs. I only came back to watching Chinese drama because of covid lol

I'm not too familiar with other countries' music besides North American. I grew up listening to Cantonese pop in the 90s when the 4 Heavenly Kings were hot at that time. The only other artists I listened to in the good old days were Beyond, Fay Wong and Leslie Cheung.
As the other comment mentioned...Zhao Lusi will actually turn 26 this coming November...she is more than mature…
No need to get defensive. I'm saying she looks young and all the roles she had played before were of a young adult. Maybe her acting is so good she can convince me she's in her 30s. I don't know in which world, saying someone looks youthful is portraying them in a negative light.
They will cast an actress who looks really young as a 30 years old and in other dramas, they will cast a 30 years old as a teenager/early 20s. Go figure...
The FL is so not in touch with others' feelings. I don't think there is a 26 years old who can be so naive and clueless. A guy kissed her and confessed to her and she gave a blank response. Her male friend told her he likes her and her response is 'I like you too'. You are not 10 years old!! So hard to relate. Then later seeing that the male lead was not in a good mindset, she pushed him to face his trauma/problem and when he's not ready to accept it and asked her to leave, she gets offended and hurt and blamed the ML for nearly getting herself killed. She's just too much.
