You should cut her some slack. Her mom basically said she practically raised herself. She got a full scholarship and her parents never had to pay for her schooling and expenses. She worked hard both academically and in the working world. She deserves a break in my opinion. Calling her lazy is just so unfair.

You can't blame the episode restriction since you can have up to 40 episodes. They could've added 4 more episodes instead of all those cuts. Blame the production company.

I thought exactly the same. This is the smartest ML character. Even when he was 'simping' over the FL, he still managed to use every advantage he can get - the broken leg, the housewarming, fooling BeiZhou Lord etc. he never stops planning even when he was chasing her.

Yes I'm so tired of the gender war. I have been reading all these ML VS FL. Both sides are valid but it's not even that bad. I'm on episode 26 and I'm still wondering why everyone is raging.

You're seeing this from a modern western perspective. It's is very disrespectful to sleep with a women and not take her as wife/concubine in that time. They were not living together as in sleeping in the same room. the whole place has 100 of people there and her uncle. If they have slept together, do you think her uncle is going to have her disrespected that way. The SML doesn't seem like the type who would sleep with the FL but not married her. If they have slept together, don't you think he would have mentioned it as she would be his woman. Even holding hands and hugging is a big deal back them. I see no evidence that they have slept together and not likely giving that time period when a women's honor is very important.

Yes it can happen in c-dramaland. ML and FL didn't sleep together in their fake marriage for 2 years and they both like each other. There, that proves my point :-)

Am I the only one who think he's annoying as hell in Journey to Love and now in Are you the one? Same annoying SML who is in love with the FL and will do anything to get her, even when she is not into him.

Maybe cut was not the correct word. I mean they didn't show them kissing on the special episodes even though as viewers, we can see they were about to and then it was off screen.

It's weird though. They cut all the kissing scenes on the special episodes but in the drama they created so many opportunities for them to kiss. Maybe the rumor about his jealous gf is real.

It could be she was feeling guilty and grateful that he spent all his money to heal her and CJ was a nice guy and good looking so she accepted him as her husband. If he looks like the real Cui Ju...it would be another story lol.

Agree with this. I was like 'why??' Nothing has changed with them. It would be more realistic if they just stayed broken up and find new loves. Not every couple need a happy ending.
