I'm not bother by it. There is no ceremony with concubine so no divorce necessary. I haven't finished but as long as her name is not registered in their family tree, she's not part of the family. Everyone knows she's the FL's bodyguard and the title 'concubine' is just to make things easier for the leads.

I think you're biased and only seeing from the FL perspective. but not seeing from the ML's perspective. He's an important Official and faking her dad's death is a DEATH sentence. Like you said, FL is just an ordinary unworldly naive young lady. Will you really bet your life and her father's and everyone in his family, just to appease his wife? His enemies were watching them. He need to look at the bigger picture. They are both not wrong in that situation. And it was resolved within 2 episodes.

JX is in a States Official position where things need to be kept secretive and MT is a young girl who only needs to take care of her household. In the beginning she was the equivalent of the modern teenager - - only care about trends, clothes, getting a boyfriend etc.

They got off way too easy. Most of them died by killing among themselves and the main villain died with one stab through the heart?? really now. No suffering, such a pain free death for all of them. What irked me the most was that Yu Lou didn't even die and there was no retribution for her. She was actually loved by 3 men. Lucky girl. SO Annoying.
