It is a clear fact that during 2 decades of him working in the industry there was never ever a real complaint addressed to him. Not even once. ▪️uses forged or manipulated evidence to do so and
If all charges are proven, the total sentence could still be well over 10 years, especially if the court sees it as an organized, malicious attempt to destroy someone's life or career.
In high-profile cases involving:
▪️use of AI-manipulated recordings
▪️harm to a public figure
▪️involvement of a deceased person’s name and family
the court is likely to impose actual jail time, not just a fine or suspended sentence.
So realistically, bereaved family and Kim Se-eui are looking at 4 to 10 years of actual imprisonment.

At a certain point he cofounded GM Agency which was even a bigger competition but there was again nothing to go by. If people think that he owns that industry because he is rich that is child thinking. It would be amazing if a poor guy, raised by a single mom in rented places and works for 20 years (on dramas they think are cheap and poor acted but somehow gained global recognition) gets to own the entertainment industry. The man was just concentrated on his work and his private life without getting into anybody's business. He was never involved in any scandal.
I am sure that the competition helped by prolonging this from behind the curtains. It's amazing how KSR's family and the channels had support for such a long long time based on twisted meaning and fabrications. But you see the irony in this ? Even now they had nothing to come up with. If the industry had, they would have released it to the channels. The industry could not help them with the story because there is absolutely nothing there.
He is old, he is outdated, he is not talented nor good looking enough compared to other actors. Why would the industry use him or promote his work ? This was the chance to take him down. Because there is nothing there. He is just a workaholic who sometimes dates.

It's a known fact that KSR was extremely unstable (20 past su*cide attempts). I believe that by 20 failed d*aths alone, one can lose their mind. I mean…imagine you want to d*e and do something about it 20 times and fail each time. Can it be seen as a total failure or as a never ever give up ?
Imo she was a ticking b*mb which was not even supposed to walk free on the streets. Medical help and being institutionalized was supposed to be a priority. I don’t understand how the state of Korea didn’t react to this. How can one work, socialize, date and even marry with such a history and without any medical intervention ? Especially when she even destroyed her own chances to come back with that play being more preoccupied in attracting attention (acc. to her own words) than concentrating on her return.
How should her friends live their lives when they must be in constant watch over her instagram ? Initially, people are prone to help. In time, people get away as fast as they can. Nobody is obligated to deal with such things indefinitely. No friends, no boyfriends, no ex boyfriends. Maybe husbands...depending on what their marriage is based on. Definitely her family who gave her birth.
It is also clear that at a certain point the dating finished and KSH moved on and kept distance. He also stated her involvement in another relationship which would have made things inappropriate.
According to the information that was revealed by now it is known she has a history of borrowing or taking or receiving money from different sources as well as trying to keep in touch with ex boyfriends. It is also clear she was full over her head bur*ed in debts.
The moment her family made her life public, after her d*ath, was the moment her hidden skeletons will come out to light. Taking into account only these few and simple facts, if anyone believes in that BS with first and last love, the one and only, etc. they will have a big surprise.
