If you wanna watch BL series then Thailand is the sweetest resource. While telling the story on one hand, they have absolutely no limits on the other.

Actually it came out at such a time that we were all surprised and captivated by his aura. If I may speak for myself I was so bored of watching the exact same plot, same mimics, same voice emphasis, same reactions in the Male-Female dramas. Idk whether I'd miss my bad boy liking phase or it felt new and guilty pleasure to my taste, I was hooked too. I'm not fond of Ziyu but Tian was refreshing red flag and this was one of the few good among Chinese BL series. Let me remind you Chinese BL dramas are very very bad.

I was so devastated by his sobbing because I didn't expect it all and his acting really hit me. He was great in all the other dramas that he took part in of course and he is really versatile actor I know but that scene was so raw and it felt so real..

This is the first time I've seen a drama based on novel adapted so well by the screen writers. Since the novel is real and emotional, it needs to be handled carefully and sensitively. They generally waste the story or change too much and end up carried away from the original There are so much examples for that but The Early Spring is definitely not one of them. It had 32 episodes right? I kinda remember this page cited it as 32 episodes. If that is the case, 8 episodes drastically change the essence and deepness of the show. Btw I'd finished the novel as soon as I watched the trailer so I'm sure you will to till end of the July. :) It is the first time after a long time that I am looking forward to watch and really excited about male female C-drama but as usual China strikes back. pffff

Ow I'm so sorry. I thought that you'd already watched it and wanna know about other watchers' opinion. Yes, they ended up together. Also as a person who read the novel and watched the former version wanna say that this version of novel is good different from both. It's more romantic, more caring, more emotional, more real. I highly recommend it.

It should have been better I think. It was super rushed and NC scenes of his brother was really unnecessary. Maybe it made their fan base very happy but imo it was a wasted screen time. Don't need to mention that I'm definitely not one of them. I can't stand the little one. So back on the main couple, I'd have watched them 12 more episodes :) I was whiny about not getting enough with Revenged Love, then Double Helix came along I was like where's the other half?

I'd have diagnosed him with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Bipolar Disorder. Because when Bipolar Disorder and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) occur together, symptoms often cycle and intensify in unpredictable ways. As you said CYC is spineless and LF is selfish evil. I can't deny that :) Both characters are full of flaws. I cannot side with LF of course after what he've done, I just naively thought that his recent BUT might be a redemption because he'd lived through for 5 years what losing means and how scary his world would have been without CYC. I'm watching the first half being angry at CYC and the second half being furious at LF :D I laughed so hard at your ancient evil comment btw :D

I know the only thing that scares you is losing him but at least you must show a little bit effort about your reliability. You don't give a hope that you are changed and learned your lesson to persuade Cheng Yi Chen for starting anew. You've just destroyed again the trust that may be rebuilt between you guys and CYC's faith in that you can be changed? Actually it was pretty predictable after he saying 'Isn't this pretty good too? Lying here quietly. You won't suddenly disappear and you won't leave me as if you truly and completely belongs to me.' What can I say? I wanted to believe his BUT after that...

Hi there so happy to hear from you! I hope you've done great about your exams! Your taste is soooooo my cup of tea. Thank you, I've finally found my other half about this topic =) So do I, a lot of skipping for Johan passion, Yotha's effort and Prapai's delicacy. I'am too really keen on watching guys not abusive, not cheater but passionate, possessive, making efforts after misunderstandings, a little bit sweet crazy, jealous, caring and knowing how to love really. I'd watched Reset and also loved Pond in there, truest love and waiting indeed and after Fourever You I thought that hmm ok he is very versatile =) Between Us is like a slow burn for our taste not so fierce but I love Boun's acting thus it's a little bit sugar coated by me. By the way I'm persistently waiting for a good script for AouBoom because of Aou intensity. He can be our type with his soft, caring but passionate acting. His eyes know how to love passionately in my opinion. I'm currently watching Double Helix because of their chemistry but if they would adapt the novel exactly then it's gonna be messy. And also Teach Me, Touch Me, Knot are on my waiting list.

It's like reading my comment, you're just like me =) even our fav couples in the series are the same =) not in real life but in fantasy world I love tension, efforts after misunderstandings, break up pain, watching sadness as well as pain of characters after short break up to see how much they love each other. They're all my cup of tea, just like yours. Your watchlist is already satisfactory but I also watched My Stubborn, Fourever You (for JohanNorth eps 9-17), Burnout Syndrome, Only Friends 1, Knock Out (Thai), We Are, Between Us. Maybe you wanna check these out =)

Does anyone think that The Sun from Another Star part of the story is so rushed up and we haven't seen many scenes from the trailer and preview yet? I mean in the book they are almost the most passionate couple. Of course I respect their adaption but they shouldn't have shown us their scenes during promotion then. If you guys shot it then show us right? What am I missing although I'm watching the uncut version?
