people who are bashing or fearing that this may become "not good as expected" because the previously released BLs, please understand that those two were not even marketed as what vampire stands for tbh.
From the trailers , it was pretty clear that those two were rom-coms and slapstick comedy. But MGB and Revamp are clear from their trailers that these two will have plotlines with darker tones. Now, if somehow we are being baited will be known only after the subsequent releases.

At this point I agree with a comment below that we better take this away from New's hand and probably give it to either Jojo or Ark Saroj. Ark has a good eyes in dealing darker themes, even if he is new.

I doubt vampire stories are outdated given films like Nosferatu is getting a remake and many other films have been released with critical acclaim in the last few years. Yes, Twilight craze is gone but Vampire as a lore as a genre is pretty popular. Not everything has to be box office hit, niche media is good too.

I don't mind waiting for a year if I get what I have been promised. All the best to the team Vamp.
