lol Hello Friend, thank you for the request. I think I already added hara-kiri to my plan to watch things, and I''ll add that drama thank you! ^^ I loved Crouching Tiger - it was possibly the first Asian feature movie I ever watched (aside from Studio ghibli's animations) followed by House f flying daggers, 3-iron and Postmen in the Moutains, which I absolutely loved. Have a wonderful day.

Thank you for the reccommendation. I did hear Bad Guy was gripping so I'm going to watch it one day. Yeah, for me it's like this with Greatest Love, it's like a hybrid between City Hall and Pasta for me so while I enjoyed it for what it was, I'm not too enthusiastic about it. But I loved the taiwanese it started with a kiss. it was really sparkling and Ariel and Joe were fab, but not just them- the ensemble cast was just so..fitting, I really liked Ariel character's father. And the guy who helped at his restaurant played by Jiro Wang, he was very likeable too. Well, hope you do like that family one. Have a nice day.

Hello, good morning C4U. Sorry I didn't reply back last night but I went to watch Love Shuffle and was lost for good. haha. Hope you have a nice day
Lol :-) Thanks, I;ll give them a shot, for sure, but the thing with me is I approach knowledge about stars and backdoor drama making with some caution- it tends to kill the magic of watching a drama so in order to experience a drama- or any kind of movie for that matter- to the fullest I always want to know as little as possible about how it was made (esp how much money spent! lol) and who they all are. lol No, not really, but I explore somewhat once I find some noce OST's and go from there. By the way, I really like your current avatar. Do you watch a lot of anime?
This show is one of the slow ones but has depth. You gradually come to really care for the characters. It takes place in a particulary tumultous period and the intrusion of western medicine into Korea...a very very interesting drama!

Well, I to be honest have to give My Princess another spin but I really loved OST in the Princess Man and I liked a lot of drama openings and ending themes. And there is theeme running throughout Jejoongwon that is really lovely. Actually, I haven't had a chance to watch any asian variety shows, do you have any that you can recommend?
This has got to be the most formulaic thing I have ever seen and that wouldn't be a problem (since I do like romance genre) had the director achieved some more finesse...the cast looks uninterested, the OST is a rather poor muzak with a lot of treacly piano At one point (in the third part of the movie) it looked like it coud get interesting but the director just flopped it. You can keep skipping it and won't lose out; I think only die-hard Mike He fans should watch this.

Acting is important; if acting isnt innvolved then everything else will actually fail; even a ad story is often saved by actors and how convincing they can be and music...music is also a great enhancer; a good use of music makes all the difference. But the second after actors is story writing itself. And you always feel when a story is cringeworthy; sometimes or often it is cliched and stereotypical but not necessarily cringeworthy. Hey, it seems I talk a lot too :-) No, but I'm really glad they fixed MDL so we can do these things on profile pages; sometimes it;s hard to catch u with the forums since they change so fast as a lot of people post

You;re quite right about J-dramas, they do have a way with emotions; with regards to rating - the things is you may find that one man's meat is another's posion, meaning the ratings, especially here, are quuite personal and if you think a drama is interesting, even if it has low ratings, I think it;s still a good idea to give it a shot because you may actually end up liking it more than others. Also, I like dramas which try different conceppts. liar game is definietly a drama with an idea. There is suspense in Quiz Show series, which is also a really interesting concept.

I can relate to endings but myself I don't like sad-ending dramas. There was a bitter sweet happy ending in the princess Man which still left some doubts and I was feeling really sorry for one of the other characters who should have been there (I will only say that I'm referring to one of people to the left of my avatar); In the family drama I'm watching now I have a sense it will not be more realstic too, but possibly hopeful at the same time; Yeah, I think the ending for LMH could have been elaborated more, but I did love the Ga Eu Yang/ Yi Yong side story much better than in HYD and for them, I think, the ending was quite appropriate. I don't mind crying my eyes out during the drama as long as there is a chance of a happy ending; it can be sugary, it doesn't detract too much from the drama for me (I am quite a sap, I will admit that) as long as the drama and the ending involved me.
