As long as they can achieve what they are fighting for, the ending doesn't really matter.

I'm at ep 16 and truly enjoying this. I like the story and that romance is secondary. It has been a while, I have dropped many dramas lately (Sword Snow Strike, Pearl Eclipse, Ancient Love Poetry,...). Finally a story to my liking. :)

But Jing City is not under Kongsangs control (as of ep 9).

Wu Se city - Colourless City, under water.
Jing city - Mirror City - Kongsangs capital.

Does anyone know the explanation of the title of this drama? Why is it called Twin Cities?

I like the first 4 episodes. And I like the FL and ML's acting. There is not much romance in these episodes, they are most worried about their own difficult situations, which I like. I don't know, how much further I will watch, because I usually don't watch dramas with SE.

The first time I dropped it, because of the blue color. The second time I liked it from the beginning. So perhaps it's not for you.

It's perhaps just about personal preferences. Never mind.

If the charcter to play is 18 year but has experienced dead and war, the person will be more mature than a 20 year old. I'm not about the actress, but I appreciate acting experience for the main leads.

They should have casted a woman in her thirties as the princess ( other women are great), instead of such a young girl. I think that's quite mysogynistic. The love interest has to be some young girl? This is a serious drama and needs some matureness. They can spend money on props and things, but don't value being actually an experienced actor for a main lead. The same hapoened to Douluo Continent. Just my opinion.

I've only watched ep 1. But I didn't like the comedy. The acting was weird by ML. That was unexpected, I consider him a good actor. I'll wait and see.

I have been reading the comments, so I know the emperor will become kinder, but I couldn't make it past this episode. He is even considered one of the 'good guys'. They should have made it past this much faster. And there wasn't anything else attaching me to this drama either. I only wanted to point out, that if someone comes and reads the comments, there are different opinions about the drama when considering the plot.

I had to drop this after 15 eps. 1, Emperor and Tilan relationship. Depressing. 2. Haishi admired by everyone and succeding with everything. Boring. 3. Fantasy - it was more of a palace drama. Great first episode though. It just wasn't my cup of tea.
By the way, I never rate dramas I don't finish.
