One of the best Rom Coms I've ever watched. I love the chemistry between Esther and Ryan and the second couple. This now one of my go to comfort dramas for here on out, I smiled so much while watching and the ending was just perfect.
On my Twitter feed people were mentioning how they didn't kiss in this drama and I realized I didn't even notice. The chemistry between Esther and Ryan Ding was so good a kiss scene wasn't even needed.
It was a real good drama. Just not a fan of the last minute of the drama. I'm glad I'm watching Moonlight though, it's like I'm watching their romance continue.
His brother had an affair with the empress, got said empress pregnant and colluded in pretending that was Li Chaun's…
My comment had nothing to do with PWX and Li Rong's relationship. I was speaking only about Li Rong and her brother and I still stand by what I said after finishing the entire drama.
For three episodes Li Rong focused on the past and what her brother did to her and was about to turn on him to make herself safe. That's why I commented what I commented. I know the story is about making different decisions but she was living in the past for 3 episodes. It was anoying because she seemed to lose the plot before coming to her senses (I blame the writers).
It was cute. I just wish the premise wasn't centered around Pei W losing his memory after being hit with a vase and instead focused on their actual marriage.
I just finished Episode 36 and I don't understand why Su Rongqing thinks his family didn't deserve to be killed.…
His brother had an affair with the empress, got said empress pregnant and colluded in pretending that was Li Chaun's child, poisoned Li Chaun's concubine accidentally because his main goal was to poison Li Chaun and Qin Zhen's child, but not before souring discourse around the palace and feeding bad omens on said child; so people would be more against it. That family is evil and the fact that they don't see it, drives me crazy.
Was Li Chaun a great emperor/person in the past? No. But neither were any of the people around him (Pei Wen Xuan) aside. Ruining Li Chaun's last bit of happiness was a catalyst for everything that happened afterwards.
Honestly, if I were n Li Chaun's shoes I too would have poisoned my sister if she acted like the FL, always controlled him, never compassionate, just completely power hungry, and never treated him like he was her brother when he needed her the most.
I just finished Episode 36 and I don't understand why Su Rongqing thinks his family didn't deserve to be killed. Because in my opinion they most certaintly did! And the FL deserved her fate too in the past.
