7 episodes in, it is super super sweet, 10/10 so far. Now I'm actually scared what happens when she regains her memories because from the clips in the intro...the fallout is quite severe? The sweeter it is now, the more cooked it's gonna become...
This is actually a semi-decent show. Although the whole "mirror touch synesthesia" thing is completely blown outta proportion compared to the real life counterpart lol.
i really in love with ttw , every eps was well written. I watched this one till ep 6 but haven't continued for…
Ikr, so many episodes of TTW are so rewatchable. Like, I keep going back to episodes like EP16 and EP17 because the acting was so good. Yes, it is not a perfect show (especially if you know chinese, there are some minor details in some of the cases that were slightly inaccurate, e.g. fingerprints on the bottle of pills) but overall it's a great show.
So...from what I've gathered, if I finished Luo Yunxi's "The Truth Within" (amazing show btw), I literally DON'T need to watch this because this is like The Truth Within but...worse + with romance?
Like, according to the comments, the romance is just plain non-existent and the quality of the cases is not quite TTW level?
In Korean there IS a difference between the two, believe it or not. Different words ( 'o' vs 'eo' sound )and slightly different pronunciation -> which, native Koreans can distinguish easily (somehow) but I'm not good enough to distinguish this lol.
The 'master li' and ’master lee' options are so dirty. They are literally identical, just depends on eng translation VS the more accurate korean interpretation...
Just...awful, all around with no redeeming qualities. Action is some of the worst I've ever seen. Villain knows he won't get shot so he just stands still / sits still and indeed, everyone misses him. He might be magneto actually. Then, the deaths just make no sense. One policewoman literally walked forward in a straight line on the battlefield (she thinks she's invincible...I guess.) and got shot, duh. That scene was mindboggling, same goes for all of the action scenes, ALL OF THEM, in this entire show.
One of the worst shows I've ever had the displeasure of watching, right after the highs of finishing Fated Hearts with some of the best actions and hype sequences in recent memory.
Do not watch this. A waste of time. Terrible acting, mediocre story, the WORST action I've seen in a long time. How did they mess up every single aspect of a show like this? Fascinating, in the worst possible way.
Calling "watchable" is already an overstatement. "Background noise and then occasionally looking at the screen" is more accurate.
Watching Xiyang in love is like warning her: "look, there's a car right there and it's heading your way, get out of the way!" and she's like "nah I'd win, I love the car!" and proceeds to get hit by the car.
EP14: hot take, taking everything into consideration, she is NOT hitting that shot. Even if there was no interference, just...look at how far away the MOVING target is.
Now I'm super scared of the future episodes...wallahi I'm finished
This show's like a balanced diet, you got a bit of everything
Edit: This is an extremely good show ngl, if nothing bad happens, it should be able to maintain the 10/10 rating all the way to the end?
(Holds stone tightly)
"...yeah."
The one stone that should never be thrown away. Such a good moment.
They had TWO HOURS bro
I think the HE is genuinely too short though, I wonder if this HE is shorter than Yummy Yummy Yummy's HE (which is 30 seconds long)

But the "Lee" vs "Li" one was awful.
