Let's talk about how Vegas wanted to vent his anger out on Pete but he was unable to do so.
When Pete was ready to cry he said that acting weak won't stop him but he did not even get to complete his sentence. He is incapable of hurting Pete the same way he did before. The way his expression showed instant regret and pain the moment he realized he was about to hurt Pete shows how he has changed in such short time. someone was able to see beyond his cold heart and showed him empathy, affection and trust.He appreciated that feeling and he wanted to treasure it by taking care of Pete. He wanted to show his own affection by doing little things that express affection and care. He wanted to give a try and live the life he wanted, with love. That is all he ever wanted. Pete gave him the motivation to try and change. He made him realize that acceptance and love was what he needed. His ruthless actions stemmed from the need to win love and acceptance after all. His father was not able to provide him with that, but Pete has the potential to do so. Thus, Vegas made an attempt to stand up to his father, but unfortunately he was not successful. It is not easy to escape abuse and break free from your trauma, that is why it is no surpise that he went back to his ways for a moment. It is not easy to heal from tauma, and the moment you make a step forwards it is natural to make two steps backwards. However, Vegas's change is evident and his trauma does not consume him the same way it did before and that is thanks to the time he spent with Pete.

I read Build's apology letter hours ago but I needed sleep. Now that I am back, I want to say that I am once again disapppointed in him. God knows what else he did in the past. Of course we can say that is all in the past and people change, which might be true, he might have reflected on his actions and I hope he did. However, he can not erase the past neither can he take away the pain his words caused to people. He needs to acknowledge the fact that his words carried weight. I will only forgive him if he has proved that he is indeed a changed man. Until then I will just enjoy his role as Pete.
Build is facing the consequences of his actions as he should. People are free to forgive him but please do not make excuses to forgive his past behaviour. You can still forigve him and acknowledge the fact that he did wrong.
I do not support any hate, bullying or death threats towards him. People holding him accountable for his actions or not forgiving him does not equal hate towrds him. People can still not forgive him but not spread hate.
I know this is a very sensitive situation and I am glad Build will lie low for a while, it is something we all need, incuding himself mostly so he can reflect and realize the severity of the situation. In the meantime, fans can have the time to process the whole situation and see where they stand.

Okay in all seriousness, I don't support death threwats or hate but he is facing the consequences of his own actions as he should. He can not erase what he said with just an apology, his words carried weight and he needs to understand that.

It is natural to not agree with me, everyone has different opinions, I just could not help but feel angry at Porsche for using Pete like that. I feel so sorry for Pete because he went through hell and his so called best friend used him to lure Vegas.

I too enjoy reading your comments, especially on VP, they are well-articulated and poetic

I can not process the fact that Porsche saw Pete's wounds and bruises which are the resulf of Pete's attempt to protect Porsche, and he decided to basically sell him out to Vegas, the one responsible of his suffering. The least he could do to retuern Pete's devotion to him is to protect him and be there for him.

I agree, I love how VP story just turned into an original one but keeping the vibe from the novel alive.

hahaha, I can definitely see why you would ship Tankhun and Pete. I adore their dynamic and to be honest, I am kinda sad whenever I think that Pete leaves Tankhun in the end. I definitely need to see Tankhun and Vegas fighting over Pete.
